I love working with neutrals too. This is my first time doing Junk Journal January and I am really enjoying seeing everyone’s interpretations of the prompts 👏🏼
Great video, megjournals. Looking forward to your next upload from you. I smashed the thumbs up button on your content. Keep up the wonderful work! Your approach to balance in journaling is so inspiring. How do you decide which materials best complement each other when working with such varied textures?
I’m not sure! I used block printing ink so maybe it’s got a slightly different composition compared to acrylic paint. I thought it might work better as it’s a thicker consistency, but apparently not! 🤣

I’m binge watching your videos today. Last week was a busy one. I’m hoping to catch up during this 3 day weekend I’ve got ❤
I follow the promps and really enjoy it. Thank you
Ah so glad!!
As always, very beautiful! I’m finally caught up! Looking forward to the 2nd half of the month.
Love your journaling style! Always find inspiration. Thank you so much.
Thanks again Meg, for hosting this. I really enjoy your pages, and it's been great to "meet" new creators.
Your pages look awesome!
Thank you!!
Great page as always
Love both these spreads Meg! xoxo

Even though our styles are different, kraft paper is the tie that binds🤭👍

Love these pages, Meg. Do you know why the Gelli plate resisted the media you used? I like making a paper band to close my little journals.

I'm having a little bit of trouble with the meaning of Opaque ( hope I spelt that right),
It’s the opposite of transparent, so not see-through. My attempt was the (failed) black print, to block out some of the collage
@megjournals thankyou ever so much.
What’s the name of the font you use and how do I learn to draw it?
It’s probably known as “faux calligraphy” - it’s basically just my handwriting tbh! I’m gonna do a video on lettering next month!
I’m posting most of my daily projects on instagram this year instead of daily videos. I’m still a little tired from dephemerember.
Love this, as well as your nail color!!!😊
