  • Polenta is a dish that originated in Northern and Central Italy and is made of coarsely ground yellow corn meal. It may be served as a hot porridge, or it may be allowed to cool and solidify into a loaf that can be baked, fried, or grilled.
    Ingredients;
    *8 cups water or broth
    *2 cups Yellow corn flour for Polenta
    *1 tsp salt
    *2 tbsp butter
    1 cup grated Parmesan cheese/Parmigiano- Reggiano
