You are exactly right,.....we can kind of "freeze up", looking at a blank page!!! Watching you, makes me think I can do it. I usually lean on copying pages from someone's ideas. But not think on my own. This really helps make me see I can do it with a little direction. Plus, I get excited to craft when I watch your videos.
This morning, I was thinking about how much time RUclips people spend doing & prepping for all the videos. Its mind boggling!!!

I've always loved watching your break a blank page videos. It's hard to say which is my favorite because they're all great! I am loving how you're using vintage colors as well. Gorgeous job Marta! 💖🦋
I am enjoying this video for the second time to see if I get any additional ideas for Saturday's LIVE project. I am going to use tea bags that I have saved for today's project or save them for Saturday, I need to buy more tea bags (I drink it too at times...I am a coffeeaholic.) so I can cook paper with them.
I have a list in a notebook for products I need to use more.I have cooking paper on the list now. I have inks and have never really used them. I also need to use foil and gilding flakes. I will put a punch out on my table so I use my punches more often. ETC. ETC. ...so many products I need to use. I have journal cards that I need to incorporate into projects too.
I also need to get busy at creating die cuts ahead of time in my most used colors. I think I will do some fall die-cuts for Saturday's LIVE class just in case I want to use them instead of chipboard which I could emboss in fall colors ahead of time. I am so excited about Saturday. This time I will have every single product or a substitute ready. Last time I did not have a second tiny box to make a house and I got way behind. I hope to stay caught up this time.
I do not have a glue stick like your Pritt stick, but will try my hot glue gun more. The last time when using the glue gun, I burned myself. That was when I was making my tiny house out of pieces of cardboard and was trying to catch up to you in the free class. Rushing while using a hot glue gun is not recommended. LOL Finally, I went off on my own style of creation and completed the tiny box project later. I will also have homemade Mod Podge handy should I want to use that for gluing.
Well, enough chatting, dear Marta. LOL Back to watching the video!

Well visiting the break a blank page again is fantastic! I love the three pages. The green instead of brown is pretty. The yellow touches were lovely. I enjoyed every moment! Thank you also for the stroll through memory lane of flipping through the break a blank page journal. So fun to revisit those pages. Each one a beauty!

Fabulous. Love using the charcoal on the edges. I sometimes use a little water on my distress inks when I get heavy handed to soften the edges or to get rid of the edge from the applicator.

The randomness makes it easy to imagine searching through my stash for a color scheme and putting something together. I always appreciate the way you show various techniques to get similar effects. I am always so amazed at how adding the depth with the charcoal pencils just makes everything come together. Same as adding white when you think it is done and then you add some white gesso or paint and it just makes everything look better. Thank you for sharing another wonderful project.
My favourite is ALL of them. I really love the way you try to use anything and everything, often in unusual ways (such as upside-down butterflies 😊). I kept hearing kitchen noises so I paused the video to go downstairs to our kitchen to see what was happening. Nothing! It turns out they were your kitchen noises! 😁 Thanks Marta! 💗 💗 🤗

When your done with your little sponges on the small tim holtz inks. It fits really nice under the ink pad. That way you can use it over and over. The eye stamps look pretty neat. Im watching this in July the 21st actually. But I still love the stamps.

I always love your videos, tnx for posting. When using the distress inks, try using a craft sheet. You can control your pigment better,keep your work surface clean and it's also heat resistant when heat embossing.

I love doing projects with distress ink, it's fun splashing drops of water on them and then dabbing it off with a paper towel, gives a really cool look to the project. 😊
