CLC meant for all tankers , only insurance mandatory for more than 2000 mt ,
For fund contributions 3 member state top on list contrbute, if less than 600t imported than 203 sdr or 304 sdr when more than 600 t

What happens to thos countries who aren't a part of SUPPLEMENTARY Convention like India... So if the money is exhausted of CLC & FUND convention, then how is the further amount or claim paid?

If the money is exhausted then I believe the government as per the local law would take care of the rest.
