- I built a studio from the ground up, and document the entire process in this two-part series!
Thanks for being here! Make sure you check out the SHED SESSIONS Vol. 1 on my channel (and on Spotify)
Ask me anything in the comments! I'd love to know suggestions you have. And if you didn't know, I've got a bit of a crazy story that I wrote a book about:

Looking extremely nice. I could see some statigically placed clouds up in the ceiling beams in the near future. Cheers.
I love the look of your studio.
I'm so jealous...lucky guy! Well, dedicated guy!!
FINE China haha I'm both very lucky and incredibly unlucky 🤣🤣🤣 thanks for watching!
@@DavidFranciscoMusic same here, but I am that person who right after getting say a car..a tree will fall on it,lolol
FINE China wow! Well best of luck to you!
You could make Jenga blocks with the wood for playing on you’re coffee table.
Looks amazing man. Stoked for you
Suriel Hess thanks dude!!! Would love to have you over soon ☺️👍
Thanks for sharing.
Looks awesome! I had never seen one of those tweed rack until your video. So cool, I just ordered two of them! And I don’t even know what I’m gonna put in them!
You are fearless taking on designing and building your own coffee table and desk, not to mention doing it in the dark! It turned out super cool. Do you have a coat rack with hooks to hang client jackets and bags? Maybe you could use the zebra wood for that... just add cool hooks and screw to the wall.
haha if there was cold weather i would!
David Francisco 😭😭😭 oh, yeah.
Looks great!
Thanks!
Great job, great taste!
Thank you!
Bravo!
Thanks :)
can't wait to have my own studio. so cool!!! 🔥🔥🔥
literally looks so unreal!
thanks@!!!!
This setup is awesome. Great job!
Maybe make an electric guitar or bass out of the left over wood?
Fantastic space! It must be very inspiring to create in a studio like this!
I got a lot inspiration from this video! Thank you for sharing.
Awesome! Glad to help👏
Wow wow it looks amazing
I really like to make a record
my favorite feature of this studio build is the raising desk
thanks man!
awesome video, thank you! I study music production and I was worried about when I graduate and have to fend for myself with my own studio! I hope I could put something like this together one day :) could you possibly link the video you mention at 8:30? sounds super cool!
Very inspiring build and looks amazing. What make and model is that AC unit and is it quiet enough to stay in during a recording session?
Jared Whispell I don't know the model, but it's a Daikin wifi controlled model
Is the zebra wood a noise dampened material? Also where did you get it?
Justin Randel it's not, I just love how it looks! And I got it at a local lumber store called Austin lumber in Orange county
How much did it all cost?
Shape them into note’s
Zebra wood is pretty but smells like cat piss when cutting into it. Great looking studio.
Location
California!
Would be nice if you break upthe cost.
