We have such different taste in fragrances, but I still watch all your videos because your passion is infectious and makes me feel more excited about the hobby.
The most eloquent, descriptive and enjoyable reviewer I know of. So glad to see you back reviewing fragrances and sharing your love for perfumery with us on a regular basis once again!
Sir AC when I hear your intros they always put a smile on my face because I'm about to get schooled and learn more about fragrances. Another great informative video!
I have been saying for over ten years that Cartier Declaration is the greatest men's fragrance ever made. That said some of your recommendations are going result in me ordering fragrances I don't have in my collection yet.
A superb list Sir!! As has been commented already, your passion for fragrances is highly infectious. Your reviews are a treat to watch. Thank you so much for the excellent content Sir👍👍🙏🙏
Happy Deepavali. I purchased most of these except for the last on your recommendation years ago. Now I am rediscovering them. Most of my compliments come from Barber shop fragrances, most recently was from Dior Jules.
We had the first day of cool weather and I just broke out the Dior Homme Original and wore it. Wow! What an incredible scent. It lasts a long while on my skin too. I have all of these except for the Boucheron (which I'm getting now because it's such a cheapie) and the 1899. This is a great eclectic collection and I like it.
Hi I used to do that but I was observing that my videos average view time was very low. So, for example , I would do a 20 minute list and the average view time would be 7 minutes and then I realized RUclips uses average view time to recommend videos to other members and also on providing advertising revenue to me, so I stopped. The reason I understood was that a lot of people would see the description and know the fragrances featured in the video, leave a comment and leave or worse not watch it at all or watch it selectively, which was having a bad effect on my sub count as well as my ad revenue.
For me, Autumn is the perfect time to break out the "light leather" fragrances. G+F's Purple Suede, and Bottega Veneta Pour Homme fit the bill. Neither are compliment gods, but they smell great if you like them as they are rather masculine! Also, I do hope you still plan to do the vintage Cartier Santos review one day AC, I'm really looking forward to that one! P.S. You weren't kidding about Boucheron Pour Homme, it's a terrific "cheapie" that smells anything but cheap!
yes, indeed light leathers are tremendous choice for Autumn. The BV is amazing and I shall review it soon. Another awesome leather I can recommend is BelAmi Vetiver. Glad to hear you really enjoyed the Boucheron, it really is a materpiece.
The hit maker is baaack!! Great list and I must say I was excited to put on some Jaipur edp once the temp dipped...but my wife wasnt a fan she liked the edt better. My favs for fall are Zino, Jaipur, Geo F Trumper sandalwood, oud wood and heritage, guerlain vetiver. Have you got your nose on Jovoy's La Liturgie des Heures? I'm really intrigued given that I'm an Myrrh fan.
Well the EDT isn't too far off being an awesome fragrance either. Love Zino and will review it soon. That Jovoy is spooky and dark in case thats what you are looking for. In case you are looking for amazing incense I would recommend you sample Akkad by Lubin and Tigers Nest by Memo. I haven't reviewed either but I shall very soon.
If you like the Sauvage DNA , you would most likely love Gisada Ambasador . It is similar to Sauvage but fruitier with a beautiful mango note. It is a much easier wear and a compliment magnet . Available in the US so not sure you would be able to get , but if you can , a fantastic fragrance that is under $100 .
@@ACSmellsGood If you like Sauvage and like the note of mango , you will love this ! Can wear any season except hot summer days where would be too cloying
What a great list AC! Thanks for your knowledge and insight. Have you ever tried Sandalwood & Black Pepper by Acca Kappa? A niche quality 👌 scent from a lesser known Italian house. Spicy, mature, and great for fall and winter. Not a blind buy though.
Thank you Robert. I haven't tried Sandalwood and Black Pepper yet but I have heard of the house. I have made a mental note to try and find a sample. I quite enjoy sandalwood fragrances.
@@ACSmellsGood this time of year also like to switch from my summer favorite Medi-Mix soap to Mysore sandalwood soap. I love any scent with sandalwood or vetiver in the base. Greetings from Switzerland 🇨🇭.
I also think Chanel Platinum Egoiste is the most sophisticated and elegant fragrance i have ever smelled. That's why I think our taste might be very similar. Can you recommend other fragrances that are in the same category?
@@ACSmellsGood No, thank you AC for allowing us expand our fragrance knowledge! An authentic enthusiast as yourself is rarity in this YT-verse which unfortunately is full of commission influencers. You on the other hand are an individual with years of experience which doesn't come often and there is a lot we can take from you. I have been around fragrances since late 90' but loyal only to one or two houses. I started taking more interest in 2018. I have seen many, many content creator, and you really do stand out. Good to have you!
@@Adam_StefaniakSaltea_Moonspell I am extremely humbled and delighted to hear that my friend. Very good to have you and your amazing feedback on the channel, really appreciate that.
Great ideas I think hacivat doesn’t fit in and parfum de marly is overrated and these are the two i don’t own from the collection . Thank you for the ideas
Thank you my friend, and most appreciate the support I receive from the warm and lovely people of Pakistan. One day, I would absolutely love to visit Lahore, Halwa Puri Nashta in Anarkali is the first thing I will eat :).
No one in perfume community does review as good as this man.
Delighted to hear that :).

Sir AC when I hear your intros they always put a smile on my face because I'm about to get schooled and learn more about fragrances. Another great informative video!
I am humbled by your lovely comment. Thank you :)
I have hundreds decants and full bottles, and for me, Layont (evenings) and Royal Oud (daytime) are the 2 best fragrances ever made.
Indeed I agree :).
Back to back videos. AC is on a roll fellaaas!!
I have been saying for over ten years that Cartier Declaration is the greatest men's fragrance ever made. That said some of your recommendations are going result in me ordering fragrances I don't have in my collection yet.
Glad to see Sauvage parfum get the love it deserves. Beautiful fragrance
Indeed, its a very fine fragrance.
Only the niche snobs tend to hate it...but it's by far very beautiful fragrance
A superb list Sir!!
As has been commented already, your passion for fragrances is highly infectious.
Your reviews are a treat to watch.
Thank you so much for the excellent content Sir👍👍🙏🙏
Thank you, delighted to hear that :)
Great list, AC. I have OG Dior Homme, DHI, DHP, DHS, DHC, DHE…my favourite designer line followed closely by TDH.
Indeed awesome fragrances the Dior Homme Line.
Two that I've got out of my cupboard for autumn are Eav des Bavx by L'Occitane and Aramis Tobacco Reserve (discontinued).
Both are amazing for Autumn and I have reviewed both :).
1899, in my mind, reminds me of a niche like Spice Bomb creation. It's truly amazing.
Absolutely, it like a very refined niche version of Spice Bomb. Good to see you Joe.
ordering halfway through your reviw!! other i have ordered under your reccomendation i have admired quite a bit thanks AC. love the videos.
Hahah I am hoping you like it.
I've somehow never experienced Royal Oud, I'm definitely going to soon now.
Well worth a sample Chris, and 1899 if you haven't tried already :).

Wonderful list. Surprised that Saharian Wind didn’t make the cut. Great scent. The Declaration is so underrated. Absolute Gem of a frag. Nice list.
Putting 1899 on my list. You sold me on it!
You won't be dissapointed :)
@@ACSmellsGoodI have it.😁
