Hello Mr. B, It is the first time that I seen this type of job done right in the middle of the winter and it looks great, thank you very much, it is the video that I was waiting for, God bless you my friend
Thank you Mr, B, for showing us how to apply waterproofing membrane, I just did not know that it could be done in the winter, that makes it even better than I expected, thank you.
Hello my friend, in the winter is not ideal to do this type of job, sometimes the job nerds to be done, if everything is dry it will work good, keep safe and enjoy life, God bless
Greetings, Mr. Reno! I am planning on sealing my deck/balcony with plywood and liquid membrane. As a novice, I am very fortunate to have come across your channel and this video. From your experience, how often would I need to reseal the deck with liquid membrane? Thanks!
Hello my friend thank you very much, I sealed a balcony and it last about 20 years without any leaking, the house was sold recent, I can not follow up any more else I do not have record of the liquid membrane used, all depends on the floor preparing, usually I check many times for any imperfection on the floor before start my last 2 coats, it is important to have a very clean and very dry floor, if it is not well done the problem could show up after one winter, please let me know if you have more questions, keep safe and enjoy life.
Did you install drip edge on the front or is it not needed? You are the MOST detailed person i have seen and i watched all possible liquid rubber videos on RUclips. Thank you, thank you!
Hello there, thank you very much for your time and support, yes I installed a dripping cap all around except on the wall side, ruclips.net/video/LU7d0bcpcrw/видео.html, keep safe, please let me know if you have more questions,
Hello Cory, thank you very much for your time and support, is your slab in the interior or exterior? You want to coat over top? Or put something to stop the moisture from coming up?
Hello Mike this was applied in middle of the Canadian winter, weather was very cold, but sunny, please let me know if you have more questions, thank you very much, keep safe.
Hi Bahiano, thank you for sharing your experience and all the work puting the video together! I wonder if you can do something so that you don't see the edges of the fabric where the joints are? Thank you!
Hello Georgi, you are welcome Yes that can be accomplished by doing a skim coat over the joints, it takes more time, but the skim coat would completely hide the tape, just like drywall joints, but using high strength thinset cement primed with adhesive, let me know, if you have more questions, thank you very much for your time, keep safe and enjoy life
Hello Georgi, it is my pleasure Yes I have to admit that, this textile tape is a kind of thick, there is a very thin tape made of polyester, that hides away better than the textile tape, but I couldn't find the polyester tape in any of the suppliers in here at that time, thank you very much for your time, keep safe
Nice thanks Bahiano!!! You are the only one that explain the whole process from start to finish :) and response surprising quick. Really appreciate your help. I will go with the top coat TC 225 on my balcony after sanding it nice and clean. As my balcony is small think 5 gal is more than enough lol for multiple coat on the existing surface. Its sad that the old surface might have micro cracks invisible to the eyes or not completely 100% waterproof but still structurally sound. So i am hoping just a few layer of TC 225 will fix it :) Just order TC225 only without the base coat M200 if require i might order it later on as all of it is on back order lol.
Hi Bahiano, I love your videos. Thank you. I have a second story balcony that was leak from where the balcony meets the wall. I had tourchdown on it before. Now I removed the tile and the tourchdown. I’m looking for the best option to waterproof and tile again. I have about 1.25 inch of space under the sliding doors. I don’t much space for thick stuff. What do you recommend.
Hello there, thank you very much for your time and support, I would use some type of 45° wood pieces, cedar or treated wood to fill in under the sliding door, please let me know if you have more questions, keep safe
We are ready to tackle our porch. I found everything needed......the plan is base coat masterseal 200 let dry then apply 2 coats of materseal 225 - does that sound correct? of course all the prepping before. Would like your feedback and thank you...
Hello Ken, thank you very much for your time and support, sounds right, the base coat will be tacky ( not dry completely) when applying the top coat, preparation is the part that requires more work, but it is very important to do it right, keep safe and keep me. informed on your project.
Hello Marcos, thank you very much for your time and support, yes Master Seal 200 holds very good on flashings, tiling over Master seal base coat can be done, please let me know if have more questions, keep safe

Thank very for your time and support, I used, Master seal base coat 220 and Master seal TC 225 (top coat), slope is 1-2% (1/8-1/4 per foot) when possible I would do 1/4 per foot, please let me if you have more questions, keep safe

Yes, that would save you time, thank for watch my video, keep safe
I’m referencing the prep u did with the other balcony meaning u basically covered every defect in the ply.
Yes, it was quite a bit of extra work on that one
