Be careful when you download Cheat Engine
1. Cheat Engine is a False-Positive, so disable any antivirus if you want to install.
2. Cheat Engine can suggest you programs you don't want such as ByteFence Anti-Malware and Chromium. Please do not speed through the installation process of Cheat Engine
Uncheck the boxes that want you to install these programs and then continue the installation. Happy hex-editing :).

otherwise look up how to cheat money in ets2 with cheat engine its all the same principle
