Pico really should be a hammer bro, its an enemy so turmoil would attack it, and its one of the only projectile enemies in the original mario games (I'm not sure if its in SMW tho)

Pico’s transformation could probably be mechakoopa or Koopa (Mecha from his hair and screwed chrome, Koopa for alternations)
