The beach clock is awesome. And the card board backing is a great idea, think it gives more depth to the water 'levels'. And makes the wave forth pop more too.❤ Btw I didn't know that about Amazon... And I'm in the u.s. next to about 3 different Amazon locations. But then... I haven't sold anything on there either, though at one point I looked into it. Think it's a bit ridiculous them making you pay so much for a little extra storage.

You NEVER waste my time, it's my pleasure to watch you play and create such gorgeousness. Just ran to Amazon and ordered this mold! OMG, this is stunning. Great fix for the back. Wow, great job! I did an ocean clock and spray painted the back with a light turquoise glitter. I was worried but it came out beautiful. Love this clock Julie!
If you do another one, maybe use sand in the numbers too, then a super thin layer of clear then the wave stickers so they show up better.... then your water and critter stickers, then a layer of off white resin, to hide your mechanism and make the water show up cleanly... in case you want to hang the clock on a pink wall, LOL.
I would definitely contact Amazon directly. That doesn't quite sound right to me but I could be wrong. My son works for them and I've never heard of that
Could you cut some paper so that it backs all the blue/transparent part and put it between the clock and the mechanism? The features would stand out more, and it would hide the mechanism. I love this project! Edit: You did it; “great minds . . .” and all that. 😊
