I agree. I think part of it is because he's not really billed as an impressionist even though he is constantly doing impressions and voices. He's more of a storyteller in his stand-up act and does voices throughout. He seems like a cross between an impressionist and someone like Michael Winslow. I think it's also because when he was on SNL there were a number of other cast members who were really good and getting a lot of skits and name recognition that he sort of got lost in the mix. He is hilarious! I recommend watching some of his full stand-up specials if anyone hasn't seen those.
He is spot on with his impersonation of Brian Johnson and I am on the floor when he does Angus. That little skipping thing he does ... HILARIOUS!! 😅 and the impersonations of his kids ... OMG!!
@@cumminsrealpower680 Brian has never been just a "replacement" for Bon, they could easly get someone who sounds like Bon Scott, or similar, you do realize that there are people like that don't you? But they decided to take someone who is completely different and unique in his own style, that's why Brian was not just a "replacement" for Bon, he was totally new chapter in AC/DC's history. Jorge limon : you clearly can't differentiate between a scottish accent and a geordie. Completely different country. Bit like me saying Americans sound identical to Canadians.
I was worried that Jim was going to seem like he was strung out and had massive bags under his eyes. Thank goodness there was no evidence of any of that.
The singing impersonation is pretty good but when he's doing Brian Johnson talking in his native Geordie voice he sounds more like Prince Charles trying to work out if he's Welsh or Indian 😂
does Jim know that Brian is not Scottish!!?? He comes from Newcastle upon Tyne north east of England and known as a Geordie. A very big difference in the accent!!!!!
There is an awesome story tells about how he thinks “ maybe I should help out Brian jonsons into for rock and roll and noise pollution. Brian killled it at 65 and Breuer was like “ I’m an idiot “ hahahha
His Geordie accent does sound Scottish as people have pointed out, but a Geordie accent is a hybrid of an English and Scottish accent. It's a very peculiar accent, and I would expect anyone outside of the UK to be able to impersonate it.
They choose Axel Rose over Jim has Angus Young by slamming his brain into his skull over and over again he finally snapped it from the stem bad move Angus
@@nathanparrish9136 I know! Axel (Axel Foley) is a fictional character portrayed by Eddie Murphy... Maybe Mark Williams was meant that redhead jerk Axl Rose? But I don't know, he obviously said AXEL so I'm lost here.
Since when has Brian been Scottish? This is just........awful, probably sound good to Americans as they probably wouldn't pick up on the difference between Geordie/Scottish accents but believe me he's way off, i actually thought it was supposed to be sean Connery 😂
Piss off you POM. Why in God's name should English have 20 different accents. KISS! Move to China if you like deciphering different dialects. -With love from Canada.
@@dangerusb Maybe for you, as a native "Geordie accent" speaker it's terrible, I belive you, but for people like me, who speak with all kinds of differents accent it sounds quite impressive, I really think Brian's accent sounds very similar.
His Brian Johnson impression never gets old.no matter how many times I've seen him do it.I still laugh everytime lol
agree
Jim is CRIMINALLY underrated!!!

i so agree man
Not by me since I’m a huge AC/DC fan and I love Jim Breuer also lol
Brian Johnson walking around screaming FIRE at random is one of my favourite thoughts. Makes me laugh out loud at random moments.
Oooh mama. Fire. FIRE. Killed me.
He is spot on with his impersonation of Brian Johnson and I am on the floor when he does Angus. That little skipping thing he does ... HILARIOUS!! 😅 and the impersonations of his kids ... OMG!!
XD
That guy should be the new lead singer of AC/DC!
Andy Fernon Remember Von Scott???? Brian is just a replacement for the ORIGINAL too!!!!
Lol. That's why we have opinions. I respect yours, but I still like mine. Lol!!! 🖒
"that guy" haha. I am old if people do not know who he is
Bon Scott, not Von.

i could listen to his brian johnson impression for hours
Jim Breuer imitation of Brian Johnson is awesome lol 😂
This guy has me in stitches,he is insanely funny
That geordie accent is way more difficult than his singing voice! Cant stop laughing, must get a grinectomy.
"Row, row, row you boat. Life is but a dream FIRE!! BOOOOOOM" - Brian Johnson, the Kids Rock album we'll never get.
Oh my god this guy is perfect

Codey : why is that then? I'm spot on..... and Scottish incidently so know what a bad Scottish accent sounds like.
Jim is so dang awesome 👍👍😎!!! He is truly great !! Impressions and stand up comedy!!!!
He does a great Brian Johnson impression, spot on
It's the closest I've heard an American get to Geordie, but slightly too much Scottish. Regardless, top impression and immense singing voice.
I had no idea what a "Geordie" was until I saw your comment and Googled it. Dialects and regional accents are pretty fascinating.
@@joeyservo If you love Ray Hudson's voice, you love Geordie voices haha!
Given a lot of Brits struggle with a Geordie accent, you really have to hand it to him for getting as close as he did.

Breuer is so amazing, and was the best guest ever on O & A
I never knew Brian was Scottish lol
He’s from an area which I think is close to the England/Scotland border
Jim Breuer and Bill Burr stadium tour. Make it happen!
I was worried that Jim was going to seem like he was strung out and had massive bags under his eyes. Thank goodness there was no evidence of any of that.
Jim is one of the greatest ever. His impressions are spot on.
Lmao! He could do a damn near perfect Craig Ferguson 😂
Jim is fantastic , period , funny as hell without trying to be funny , a natural , very rare ,Sam Kennison.
The singing impersonation is pretty good but when he's doing Brian Johnson talking in his native Geordie voice he sounds more like Prince Charles trying to work out if he's Welsh or Indian 😂
This guy is hilarious god bless him
Jim Breuer is fucking amazing
Favorite comedian of all time.
Every Brian Johnson impression he does ends with FIRE! Every Joe Pesci impression ends with HENRY!
Brian Johnson is Geordie. That’s a good impression
He pushed a crew guy in the pool during a pizza commercial. The guy deserved it. Real ball buster.
He nails ac/dc 🤘😂so kool

So hilarious.
Brian Johnstone is a Geordie not a Scottish person 😂
Hilarious AF.
I wanna hang out again Jim !! Been too long
Went a bit Shrek with the accent but he got that scream down
On the mark!
For an American doing a Geordie accent (probably the hardest English accent to impersonate) he's not too bad. I've heard way, way worse.
Actually his Geordie accent is pretty spot on...
it wasnt too bad, kinda went a bit scottish at times though
Virtue Well Geordie borders with Scotland.
thank you honestly all these uptights complaining saying its not good.. even though Brian Johnson is honored by it..
He's great with the singing, but his Geordie accent is shocking.
brustwarzse?
Oh my god!! I'm laughing so hard right now!!!
Brustwart. Breast wort. I learned that from my time in Germany. And his Geordie accent is... Funny...
Brustwarze. But you could also say Nippel. Brian is funny but wrong. We also have words for boobs, penis, vagina, butt and sexual intercourse😂
Love I'm!
HAHAHA!!! YES!
Speech parts not even close its only when Jim sings it does he nail it.
Brian Johnson isn’t from Dunfermline.

No, didn't sound like him singing neither.
find me someone who does a better Brian Johnson then..
I didn't know Brian Johnson was Scottish?????
brian Johnson isn't scottish so what's with the bad Scottish accent? he's English and a geordie. completely different accent and nationality.
