I DIY my whole wedding.Ppl actually thought i had an expensive wedding 😉🤭I order my table cloths/chair covers from the same place where ppl who charged an arm and leg to decorate from; it was a whole lot cheaper. I made my center pieces. I did my whole treat table/food. Thanks 2 RUclips 🙌 and the ppl who are willing to share their DIY idea's to save other ppl money🥰 p.s. i got this beautiful dress for $100 that was actually 1,200 from David Bridal.

I don't know why she has thumbs down, YT robots... Thanks for showing. People who make these desserts put time in and money, so I do understand some price. I paid $20 for a dozen of Alcohol infused. Tip: If you can't find the glitter you want, you can make it out of sugar you sweetened your tea/coffee with... Just sugar and food color of your choice and then bake it.. I've heard you can you gelatin too but I never tried that before... I appreciate her because I've learned some new things..

If i use almond bark instead of chips will the consistency come out the same?
Tori Melgoza I am not sure I’ve never used almond bark but I’m sure the consistency will be the same as long as you add the shortening
I use almond bark from Walmart , it’s the Great Value brand. It is a twenty-four ounce package. I use half of a package. Chop it up into small pieces with a heavy knife . Than mix in a eleven ounce package of chocolate chips. I melt it altogether in a double boiler. Don’t burn it ! Then dip away. If I am serving the dipped strawberries at a party, right after dipping I set them in a cupcake paper so they are easier for the guest to handle. 🐨

Question: so the strawberries with the edible glitter, when you actually eat it, does it feel like glitter in your mouth? (or at least how we would think glitter would feel in our mouths if we ate it lol)

Yes, it's food safe glitter. The texture varies on how much you use. If you google sugar glitter there are a tonne of tutorials on how to make edible glitter with food dye and sugar. I hope this helps

Beautiful berries but just a heads up. Non-toxic does not mean edible. Non-toxic just means it can safely be used around food as decoration but must be removed prior to consumption. Even on the container for the glitter it states it's to be used for decorative crafts. On the link you provided for the glitter it states "Items are meant for decoration purposes only. Not a food additive.". The luster dust you used in the video appears to be edible but the one you linked is not edible, according to the description of the product. As far as I know there is no edible glitter and not all luster dusts are edible. I would not be using glitter on anything you intend on eating or anything you intend on selling to anyone for consumption. Not trying to be rude in anyway, just letting you know. Glitter is just tiny pieces of plastic and ingesting it can be very harmful to the body. Here's a link to the FDA about it as well.

Came here to say the same thing! Regular craft glitter is also technically "non-toxic". Nail art glitter is also non-toxic. Crayons are also non-toxic. None of those are FDA approved. If you're using glitter or dusts on things that are going to be eaten you need to make sure they actually say "edible", not just "non-toxic"

Came across the same thing. It says on the link NOT MEANT FOR CONSUMPTION...good thing i read before buying.
In all honesty, they put it there to save their asses. But if it wasnt technically safe, WHY would they sell it at bake shops. Like certain eye shadows colors that are sold within the same palette are pressed pigments. In little bitty letters it'll state not to put on or around eyes. But c'mon, it's being sold IN A AN EYESHADOW PALETTE!! I'm thinking it's kind of the same premise. I think it's safe, but they're just saving their ass... just in case. idk..just my opinion.
