When you file a complaint and you just know in your heart nothing is going to happen. I've been put on the list after filing an EEOC complaint in the past.

What happens if your Emails to HR have been compromised? If someone who is not HR replies in the thread of back and forth Emails to them? Wouldn’t this be a breech of privacy
So you give great advice. What if the person is unhinged. You are giving them the buzz words and telling them what to say. Plus HR needs these messages up folks to justify their job. So they take these issues and go after good folks who have done nothing wrong. What I'm trying to say is HR needs to use common sence and fire the ones who are making complaints complaints just trying to get paid.
Ask for a 3rd party confirmation maybe? In fact, go to the Police... and quickly so they can a formal request for the tape to them. In UK, if the Police ask for it because it relates to a crime and it's still available they need to supply it unless there's a regulatory reason not to.
Get you a job offer then complain
... If they give you any problems, bounce.

You have got that right cause I have been there . HR is for the company and they will not give you copies you ask for .

Hr this days are untrustworthy and mostly are dishonest
Write down what is happening, send yourself emails about it. Start looking for a new job. HR is not on your side ever

I don't think so. From what I read you can not be held to have legal wording knowledge.
