Last week i traveled from Doha to Paris with my kid, started flying at Abt 1.30 Doha time and got our breakfast 5 hours after, is it normal? And also they had only pudding and some vegi type 'Patta' only for 7+hrs of flight....u think was it normal?

Just got home from the World Cup yesterday, having flown in both directions with QA to and from DUB. Really impressed with their service, IFE (though they didn't show any of the World Cup games live as I'd been led to believe they would 🙄).
I used the Al Maha lounge before my flight home at DOH to get a shower and some breakfast but it was way too busy with loads of other football fans on their way home. In fact, there was quite a long queue at the bottom of the escalator when I left so I'm glad I went in when I did! Indeed, there was 1 person complaining at reception that they were letting too many people in, and he was right - even finding a seat was a real challenge.

Hey 👋 flights around 6 or 7 hours you don’t get an amenity kit usually for long flights but you can ask the crew sometimes they have toothpaste and brush in the galley 😀

Are there baggage allowance generous. Are they strict with the 23kg rule or you could go over. How would you rate the customer service
Yes they are strict with the baggage allowance and customer service is excellent on Qatar airways

Qatar Airways is pulling the A380 from Paris from 6th December. This is bad news. Hopefully the A350s replace the A380.

@@airtravelaviation491 No because they will start flying the A380 to Perth, Australia from 6th December. So they will remove the one A380 from Paris and one A380 from Bangkok for DOH-PER as this route requires 2 A380s.

I thought Qatar flies an A380 to Paris
They used to fly the A380 to paris but not anymore , maybe it was too big but it used to be full ✈️
No but even when the A380 came back it flew to London and Paris before adding Bangkok and Sydney to the destinations
