DIY Solar Fountain Made From Papercrete

Papercrete Recipe:
Three parts paper pulp
Two parts portland cement
One part perlite or sand

You just made me into a papercrete addict and my hubby my hardly see me again lol 😂. I have wanted to know how I could make my own pots, fountains and other things.
