Uh want to feel always good? Pray to God and ask in Jesus name

To me this is all evidence of the truth of Christianity, because it's prophecy that became true, and continued with Jesus prophesying the victory of the Church that he would establish.

Off topic, what Bible are you using in this video? Looks beautiful, possibly genuine leather, gold gilding and 2 ribbons. Would you please respond to this with a link where I may purchase this Bible. Thank you so much.

Believers are heirs to the promise of Abraham
    To inherit the world
    Gal 3
29 And if you are Christ’s, then you are Abraham’s offspring, heirs according to promise.
    Rom 4
13a The promise to Abraham and his descendants, that they should inherit the world….
    Gal 3
8 And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, preached the gospel beforehand to Abraham, saying, “In you shall all the nations be blessed.”
9 So then, those who are men of faith are blessed with Abraham who had faith.

Thinking about it, why did God call Abram in the first place to make a 'great nation' from him? out of the many humans out there, who could be just as righteous as Abram or Abraham. It's not mentioned in Genesis, in fact God promised Abraham land and descendants even before Abraham did anything but taking Sarai or Sarah as his wife, who is described early on as being barren.

    • @robin1655
      @robin1655 3 года назад

      @@michaelmicek Ephesians 2:8-9
Titus 3:5 You catholic have to start reading From the book of Acts to revelation and nevermind what Jesus says in the 4 Gospel !! What Jesus did with them has nothing to do with the gospel message from Acts to the end!! If you believe you need to be in a religion to be saved then you will find out how wrong you are !!! Jesus died for sin not for religion!!

@@michaelmicek it’s best not to respond to such comments. We must understand that they are confused Christians who are fed with anti-Catholic ideas by an anti-Catholic Pastor. Not worth your time.

    • @michaelmicek

@Born Again You're taking verses out of context. Just before your verse in Titus, Paul in 3:1 says to be ready for every good work. And in 3:8 he says to be careful to devote oneself to good works. Titus 3:5 is saying that through Divine Mercy (and not because we deserved it) we have the Sacrament of Baptism, which enables us to do truly good works.
And similarly, immediately after Eph 2:9, in verse 10, he says that we were created to do good works.
I agree that not everything Jesus says in the Gospels is intended for every Christian equally; some things apply primarily to the twelve, and their successors. But what we see in the New Testament, from beginning to end, is the One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church.
Jesus died for us, to free us from our sin. What do you make of John 6:56?

If I were you I would definitely be scared of what Jesus said in Mathew 7: 21
