Galeria Sztuki podczas kulminacji Festiwalu SREBRO staje się europejską stolicą biżuterii artystycznej, a Legnicę odwiedza szerokie grono twórców, miłośników i osobowości ze świata. Podczas kulminacji odbyły się wernisaże, gala rozdania nagród w 31. Międzynarodowym Konkursie Sztuki Złotniczej „Jakość” oraz sesja popularnonaukowa Granice sztuki globalnej, a także wydarzenia towarzyszące - warsztaty biżuterii zero waste z Arkiem Pasożytem, koncert jazzowy Piotr Rachoń Quartet oraz happening studentów Katedry Biżuterii Akademii Sztuk Pięknych w Łodzi.
Zadanie dofinansowano ze środków Ministra Kultury i Dziedzictwa Narodowego pochodzących z Funduszu Promocji Kultury - państwowego funduszu celowego. Legnicki Festiwal SREBRO odbywa się pod patronatem honorowym Marszałka Województwa Dolnośląskiego i jest realizowany dzięki pomocy finansowej Prezydenta Miasta Legnicy i dofinansowaniu ze środków Fundacji KGHM Polska Miedź. Głównym sponsorem nagród w Międzynarodowym Konkursie Sztuki Złotniczej jest KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.

During the culmination of SILVER Festival, the Gallery of Art became the European capital of contemporary jewellery, and Legnica was visited by a large number of creators, enthusiasts and personalities from the world of this field of art. During the culmination, vernissages, the award gala of the 31st International Jewellery Competition "Quality" and the popular science session The Boundaries of Global Art was held, as well as accompanying events: zero waste jewellery workshop with artist Arek Parasite, jazz concert by Piotr Rachoń Quartet and the happening by jewellery design students from the Fine Arts Academy in Łódź.

Legnica Jewellery Festival SILVER is organized under the honorary patronage of the Marshall of the Lower Silesian Province, with the support of the Mayor of Legnica City and co-financed by KGHM Polska Miedź Foundation.
