Hi Susan! Thank you for the warm welcome back! Yes, Neutral Tint seems to be a bit "mysterious" maybe because of it's name! I found once I actually swatched it, it's a really truly neutral version of a grey (less blue than Payne's Grey) and it is fun to mix with colors to see how it creates a muted version/desaturated version of it! And yes, it's a handmade journal! I honestly can't remember if I made it or a friend made it, though I suspect it was a friend of mine - so I don't even know what kind of paper is in here! This is a saddle stiched journal - and this video is a good one to reference: ruclips.net/video/aWHkY5jOoqM/видео.html ! It's not too hard, so I think you can definitely do it too!
