Perhaps try to find a mount with more kinetic absorption. There are some high power speaker feet that may do the trick with a little adaptation. Beyond that, it looks to me like you may be able to pick up a tenth or two by anticipating your shift point. It looks like you are slow to pull the gear when the light comes on. I noticed this in your other videos too. You seem to do great on the launch but it think you may be leaving time on the track by taking too long to shift at your points. Perhaps try it without the light and see what happens. Just an opinion and not meant to be anything but helpful. I can not do what you do but I can offer what i see.
