Just got it. After you show him each sheet of music wait until the save icon goes away then pause the game and reload the last checkpoint to save time.
Just got the trophy after realizing that the sheets don't save once you've completed your initial playthrough. So if you miss any you'll have to go and collect them all again if you haven't given them to Morusque after collecting them.
I gave him all but one sheet and continued on in the game then I had to collect them all again via chapter select but it took me like 5 mins so no problem
It really takes less time to collect and more time to play the music however you can play each music and go away from the person untill you hear the music come back and play new one

Do I have to play the instrumentals in sequence or randomly?
Some don't spawn, even tho i got them first playthrough. And now they're gone.. not even in my inventory.
