BHS is not a businessman he is a visionary like Steve job..he trust people around him remember he put all his money on RM even his dad was sceptical but he trust his gut so much and his vision he went with it ..imagine if BTS wasn’t successful BSH would lost everything ..I have a business myself see in my head what I want but I was unfortunate to trust my associates I lost a lot of money I am not a business woman I have to rely on people working for me same as BSH he has to rely on people and sometimes you paid heavy price.

To be successful one can’t be afraid of taking chances, falling. Imagine if BTS didn’t work out, BSH would’ve still had a career as producer. Regarding choosing right partner, LSM at SM chose his own blood relation but got betrayed. No guarantees in life but can’t stop taking chances because it could fail.

I don't believe the snake would take such a huge risk loosing her own money and her reputation without having someone backing her up! The fact she use old pants as a tool to ruin HYBE's reputation it's not a misjudgment from her side! She knew before hand she was putting their career in danger but this was a risk she could take in order to make her plan work! Now that old pants are in the worst possible place has no impact in her case because if she wins HYBE she will seem as a revolutionary figure , she will be old pants and k pops savior ,she will gain 26M.out of nowhere and of course she will manage to do what SM and Kakao ent . couldn't do all this time, bring down HYBE! On the other hand if she lose she will gaslight everyone by saying that " bad" HYBE ruined old pants career and she will go back working for SM or Kakao! I am certain the money she spends for top notch lawyers are paid by those who collaborates with , whoever they are, and the fact that she lost her house for covering expenses either is a lie or she lost for another reason! Another fact that all this makes sense to me is the words Bang Si Hyuk allegedly used for old pants. He wanted old pants to become the competitor girl group of Aespa! By using old pants as a battling ram to ruin HYBE she managed to take out competition for SM and Aespa , at least for the time being! Imagine if HYBE managed to have top Boy group ( BTS) and girl group ( old pants) this would be devastating for Kakao and SM! So I believe everything was well planned by the snake and her collaborators! Maybe the one factor they didn't put under serious consideration was the BTS international fan base ,the difference in their way of thinking their impact and loyalty! The fact HYBE compensate BTS with a part of company stocks was a very clever move . One of the reasons ARMY support HYBE is the fact BTS are part owners of what they built, HYBE! It's the feeling of security that our money were well spent!

I agree that the international perspective by global ARMY has lessened what could have been an effective campaign against Hybe. International ARMY didn’t fall for the scandal culture media and responded in ways that neutralized her efforts to bring BTS down. It gave Hybe the ability to do what it needed to do legally. That has been very interesting to watch and I’m sure has been really frustrating for the Snake and her backers.

Anyone building a financially sound conglomerate is a good businessman, especially in 5 years. That's impressive in any industry. His aim to move it from national to international is daring, especially in the present political and financial climate, but he is succeeding. You are only as strong as your weakest link and hindsight shows who was trustworthy. Money and power are bound to attract jealousy, sociopaths and criminals but in older companies those situations don't come to public light. The conspiracy didn't go far: that, of itself, shows he had build systems and loyalties to protect his organisation and his investment. Plus the plan was childish and poorly executed: asking around for finance from those close to Hybe? Betting on an internet smear campaigns? Your business relies solely on a few poorly trained brats and a single group not yet established? Your advisor is a shaman ie unqualified in that field? 😂 that's insane! Whomever financed her has more money than business sense. A race horse might have been a safer bet! 😂

The thing is that people like Voldy like to fatten up their food before slaughter. She must have acted very sweetly towards Bang PD before she showed her true colours and unless you've experienced this sort of abuse before it is difficult to catch it. She's doing the same thing with old pants too but because Bang PD has a lot more experience in life he could recognize it sooner. Even though his generosity is the reason for all this, people forget that he is her victim too.
I don't trust Bang PD like I trust BTS because I don't really know a lot about him. But he seems to be a visionary who is ambitious and a little pushy as well as an artist who values sincerity and ethics. I wouldn't say he's a good businessman but I wouldn't say he's bad either. He's an unusual businessman. BigHit nearly went bankrupt at one point until BTS's HYYH saved it, but he himself played such a significant part in HYYH. We tend to have these dramatic ups and downs with him every once in a while, specially when the environment he is in opposes his vision. But every businessman makes mistakes at one point or another.
I think Voldy isn't just taking all the credit for old pants' success, she actually believes it herself too. That is why she is willing to risk their reputation for her benefit because in her mind she is the only one who matters.

Sometimes I wonder why people don't get what a narcissist is? Yes, people can be evil. That's a given. She will take NewJeans, ADOR, HYBE and her ultimate prize, BTS, down with her. I think what makes this particularly evil is that the group isn't around to defend themselves, nor can they publicly comment, but it wouldn't surprise me if Jin and J-Hope eventually decide to speak out. Chairman Bang (HYBE) loaned this woman a lot of money to join HYBE so that she could buy into the shareholding of ADOR and be CEO. But here's the thing, why did they not run a background check on her? Did they even bother to do due diligence before they hired her? There were already rumblings at SM Entertainment that she was a rotten apple. That should've alerted the whole leadership of HYBE that she was not someone that could be trust, let alone work with. I'm just annoyed that BlueJeans is in the firing line, because of their own boss, not HYBE. And then they got sucked into the drama. I think that HYBE is a company that is based on "family values" and MHJ did not come to play. Korean companies are really bad at not doing background checks, and it is high time that they do so when they sign artists to as "idols" or hire executives.

"Bratty Pants" is my favorite name, better than "Old Shorts". I really do think Voldy has another thing planned that isn't apparent to us yet. But I'm sure we will find out soon. I'm conflicted on her leaving HYBE. I'm glad her negative energy isn't there any more, but at the same time, my main questions are "what is she up to?", and "what is Bratty Pants going to do now?" and "was that her plan all along? to ruin ador and Bratty Pants, and leave them to deal with the fall out?" Or, "Is she going to somehow get investors to pay for their contract and steal them away from HYBE?" And finally, "what is the big thing she is waiting to drop, to target BTS and/or HYBE?". I do not underestimate her at all. I really do hope that her leaving is a good sign, and that there is hope that "Bratty Pants (BP)" will be able to benefit from the training and artistic growth that they can get from the benefits of HYBE. If you look at BP's success so far, it shows that they have talent and potential. They just need support and guidance to make it to the next step of becoming even better artists. But the attitude, mental strength, and humility needs to be there also, or it won't work. Anyway, I think I made sense. Let me know if you see any flaws in my thinking.

He made enough money and left HYBE to leave in LA mansion. Now all he cares is his money and fame. Yet you guys already given him so much money still are his slaves? Why? Why defend a bully? Why worship him? If you are fans of BTS, support BTS, not this man. No need to always kneels in front of a powerful man. Be strong and has some self esteem.

I feel very disgust to see some Army always kneeling infront of Bang. Stand up and use your brain.

Try watching boracity's video essays. She talks about how the music industry (in the US) works.
Being a good artist is not enough to succeed.
Even without Payola without a good label you will break.
Namjoon himself gave HYBE/Big Hit the credit of 15% of their success and each member 5% (50% being Army).

So BigHit released an article praising the achievements of OT6 but EXCLUDED ANY MENTION OF TAEHYUNG. Are you still going to deny that there is a systematic sabotage against Tae? Is this another "ooops, sorry, we forgot to add V" scenario? Let me guess, you're not going to address this and even if you do, I bet you will defend BSH and BigHit and claim this is an honest mistake. Prove us wrong, please.
