Person and Vehicle of Interest in Kidnapping, 3400 b/o O St, NW, on January 26, 2017

The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public's assistance in identifying a person and vehicle of interest in reference to a Kidnapping which occurred in the 3400 block of O Street, NW, on Thursday, January 26, 2015 at approximately 3:20 PM. The subject and vehicle were captured by nearby surveillance cameras.
