I am a tutor (usually calculus, but I have a few geo students this year). I struggle with this concept and you have made it amazingly simple. From one teacher to another - you have an amazing gift for making this difficult concept very clear. Thank you for sharing it!
dude u dont understand how much u helped me out i wouldve failed math if it wasnt for u like none of the other videos explain properly but i love this trick. thank u sooo much 💕💕💕
Thanks for the very easy to understand lesson. I haven't looked at this in many decades and my daughter was having trouble with this. It took no time for her to understand and apply your lesson.
Thank you SO much for this. Words cannot express my gratitude for the simplification of this process. I am studying for my geometry test, and this explains the concept so concisely! Again, I’m extremely grateful for this explanation. I feel so ready to ace my test.
Wow. very intuitive. When you understand how to rotate individual points then it makes rotating entire 2d and 3d shapes simple it's the same thing except on many points.
Thanks for your care and practical explanation of the rotation about a point, Mario. A minor comment you could include in your video is that R CCW 270 degrees = R CW 90 degrees. Respect!
What should I do this if I just have points on a graph with no x and y axis and no units (essentially I don’t know where the origin is or the coordinates of the points)
No you can apply it to clockwise rotations...just remember that a 90 degree clockwise rotation is the same as a 270 degree counterclockwise rotation...etc.

You’re welcome!
Way better than what teachers explain in school thanks a lot
Wow, thanks!
One of the best math tutors on this internet! Explanations super clear! Great job!🎉
Wow, thanks!

Glad I could help!
Me Fr I have a test tomorrow
@@ririjimenezme too bruh😭

Glad it helped!
Hey man thanks so much for helping me.Tommorow is my exam and I'm watching this. This is really better than all the other videos,
Glad I could help!
Tomm my exam aw

Wonderful!
Thank you for your amazing help, you have helped me understand this concept so much more easier, keep up the great work!
Thanks - glad it helped you.
This was extremely useful!! I still don’t know how to do this exact thing but clockwise. I can’t find it anywhere!!
My tuition teacher from now on ( subscribing rn)
Welcome to the channel!
SAVED ME AFTER WEEKS AND HOURS OF STRUGGLES
Wow. very intuitive. When you understand how to rotate individual points then it makes rotating entire 2d and 3d shapes simple it's the same thing except on many points.
That’s a great way to think about it!
if we are rotating a triangle do we repeat the steps for each point?
Yes you can do that and then connect all the vertices.
@@MariosMathTutoring Ok thanks a lot bro
As a parent helping their teen with geometry, this was very helpful
Awesome! Glad my video helped you help your teen.
Wonderful concept taught
This teacher teach amazing 😍😍
I really appreciated your explanation!!
I'm so glad!
Great video, really comprehensible , where can I find the video and rotation rules for clockwise rotations?

Great point!
thank youuuuuu!!!!!
It’s the best and the easiest way
Thank you 🌹
You're welcome 😊
thank you som much
I’m glad the video helped!
Brilliant video, thank you!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Thanks!
Welcome!
Thanks again ❤
You're welcome 😊
U made an easier explanation than my teacher😂

What if we have to rotate anti clockwise will we apply the same rule ?

what a legend
what about the rroation rules for rotating clockwise?
90 degrees clockwise is the same rule as 270 degrees CCW
thank you
It is an excellent show!
Does this only work ccw
No you can apply it to clockwise rotations...just remember that a 90 degree clockwise rotation is the same as a 270 degree counterclockwise rotation...etc.
do these rules also work for the origin
Yes
What about the angle been 45 what's the rotation rule
Please teach me if the angles was 45
thank you now i wont fail my geometry test
wt bt rotating a function about a center of rotation that is different from the origin
That is what the video teaches
😂😂😂😂
