I just got one that was used as a rental, for less than retail. The bridge saddle screws were played out, so i changed the bridge with another one I already had, and same with the block; set it up nice, and wow, what an amazing guitar; can't put it down. And like you said, I just bonded with it. I have other classic vibes that I bought with the intention of modding; and they turned out excellent, but I don't even want to change the pups on this one. I simply love it. Now I just have to darken the fretboard like yours. Great review.
Great video, thank you. Clicked on the video because I am so excited to hear your thoughts and to take a look at that beautiful Candy Apple Red Metallic! Just ordered one yesterday, brand NEW for what I think is a steal, $299.00 with free shipping (open box)! So pumped, New subscriber, well done. She's on her way here!!
I have one that I bought used, made in 2015 in China, honeyburst color with tortoise shield. I love it very much and I don't intend to spend more for a Fender Mexico 🎸🇧🇷
I got a nice epiphone les paul classic with the worn finish... but I kept going back to my original squier sonic strat... just ordered the CV 60s strat... I'm pretty sure I'm a strat man... its such a comfortable guitar to play. and from what I've read the Squier Classic Vibes have better QC control than the Mexican made fenders...
J'ai exactement, la même guitare, que je trouve excellente. Des petites améliorations peuvent y être apportées, comme le lissage du manche et le changement du sélecteur de micro. J'adore cette guitare 🎸❤
i recently played a squire vibe and a fender player stratocaster, for me there is no comparison. the build and playability of the fender player is superior, dont get me wrong the squire vibe is a greatr guitar for the price and worthy for recording or playing small gigs.
I heard good things about these. I was in Long and Mquade a few weeks ago and tried one. Couldn’t tune it because there was so much play in one of the tuning pegs. Thought maybe it was a dud so I grabbed another one. Same thing. Grabbed another one. Better but not good. I thought why would I buy a guitar that is unusable without mods. If you like project guitars I’m sure it’s great. Maybe a bad batch?
Just got one of these on my lunch break. What a piece of garbage. TWO of the strings have sitar sounds from badly cut nut. Nut slots are WAY too high. Trem is decked and the holes in the backplate ONLY line up when it's decked so it's clearly not meant to be free floated because it's completely unstable, cheap garbage. There's a flat spot on the coutour of the body.... Completely unplayable junk out of the box. Please don't tell me it's a one off. You can walk into any guitar store and play "find the flaw" with any Fender instrument on the wall, even the AM Pro II. Their quality control is garbage. Bringing this one right back to the store.
Well tough luck winky dink. Mine is every bit as good as my 62 reissue fender I purchased for more than a grand 40yrs ago, plus I've played many more in music stores that were just as good.

Awesome! That’s a great price, you’ll definitely love it :)
@@bestguitarsnowwhich classic vibe would you go for if you had a choice between 50s, 60s and 70s?
60’s definitely 💯

Don't fear the Squier!
I think I'm gonna get this guitar as my first guitar
It’s kinda $$$ for beginner I’d go with affinity series strat
How is it bro? I just ordered mine today
get it bro dont listen to the first guy
What is that guitar in the background with the blue color matched headstock
It looks like the squier classic vibe 60’s stratocaster in limited edition Lake Placid Blue
