The time thing a pretty big, 15-20 mins Game vs 35-40 mins game. This makes wild rift very more comfortable to play
I wish league had a game mode like that, we have aram but I can't choose my character in that.
League is just....too long. Like, it isn't even the length, it's that if you are losing you have to sit there for like a bloody hour being someone's punching bag, not even really playing a game- because leaving could get you banned.
That is the single biggest reason I stopped playing, like if the matches were shorter or if it was fun just to play like aram is; then losing hard wouldn't be a concern.
Now 20-30 Minutes in wild rift. This games is more better and better

This is why I had to stop league it takes way to much away from you I liked league as a game the characters and everything but I have been i games that have lasted an hour and still lost and I began to think what the crap am I doing. I like the game but is it worth this much of my time?

Another huge change between the two is the way you gain gold. In LOL you only gain minion gold through last hitting while in WR you gain gold by just being around a minion when it dies and gain bonus gold on a last hit. This drastically changes the flow of the game and is one of the first differences i noticed when I played my first game

But i like the last hiting concept because we can prevent the enemy to get gold so we can have more gold than them,the idea to give gold just with standing around the minion is good to because if we lose lane and cant fight the enemy we still can get gold to buy item so we can comeback later in the game

So first: that was a sickeningly adorable ending to the video.
Second: I love WR, as a full time employee, father, husband, worship leader...I NEVER have time for a full game on Summoners Rift, plus it takes SOOO long to learn the game. WR addresses all of this and I can play quickly on my lunch break. I constantly watch League Esports, so I’m all about the game. But the casual mobile experience suits my skill level and schedule WAY better!

QOTD: Bring the rise of the elements. I think it would be fun if map changes and to have the black elder
they are working on it. They are trying to make it but they said it will take some time since its a big change
Elemental elders are better in wildrift since the black elder gives an execute it'll be too op, wild rift is packed with team fights too so. About the rise of elements thingy (elemental map change) they should change it according to the elemental elder dragon (if Cloud Elder is killed the map will change where there's ms boost around the buffs and objectives). I think that this change will be better since as they said they do not plan on making wildrift as similar to the pc.
and this is only my opinion feel free to disagree to it, I'd love to hear yours.

the advantage of playing on a smartphone is that if you come home from work you can play games while lying down and the playing time tends to be shorter
I can totally agree with the fact that LoL pc is a much bigger time commitment. I find the pacing of wild rift to be much more enjoyable and the community to be far less toxic. I can see why it’s a good thing that WR has a smaller champ pool. It’s pretty clear what legend belongs in what lane so it’s harder to abuse lane swapping or off-lane picks.
I kinda don't like the lack of characters. I wish they add more, like I want maokai and twitch on wild rift too.😭

Tristana
Ashe
Lux
Tryndamere
Volibear.
Guessing who goes where in match-ups like these is absolute hell. You want to counter lux mid and you get tristana in mid. You want to counter tristana mid and you get ashe in mid. And the champ pool is complete bs. I would love to see Neeko, Le blanc, Viktor, Shaco in WR but that's never going to happen.
QOTD: More spectator features since Riot is planning on having Worlds for wild rift.
I just want to be able to scroll through the time bar whenever i watch replays, skipping through the match by putting it in 8x speed just to get to a certain point in the match is kinda tilting 😑

I’d play league PC more if they implemented a control scheme similar to Wild Rift. Having direct control over my movement while being able to aim in any direction I want, instead of frantically clicking all over the screen with my mouse, would be nice.

@@lilpp4791 I like to shoot skill shots while my character actively kites. As opposed to turning round and engaging every time I want to use a skill. If you could move with keybindings while aiming with the mouse, I’d prefer it, but sadly there’s no option I’ve found to detach movement from clicking somewhere on screen.
i feel the complete opposite, clicking movement mechanics are alot better for MOBAs, that wat lets down wild rift, there was a mobile game called vain glory that implemented clicking movement and everyone loved that. "frantically clicking" is something u get used to in a day

I’m not sure that Zyra or Malzahar could fit into WR due to them having pets (Zyra’s plants, Malzahar’s void creatures).

QOTD: Cannon minions. They fcking stack too fast and push too fast. We won a game because of this. We never pushed and just went to disrupt enemy taking objectives. Cannon minions got 2 inhib towers without help and ended the game themselves.

QOTD: More Runes, The Runes Are Pretty Boring, And Fleetwork Is Pretty Useless
Nah fleet work isn’t useless, maybe not doing as good as other runes.
I love fleetwork on certain champs, like Jhin as an example.
Fleetwork is a bit like Bloodthirster. It might not be the best option, but it feels damn good to play with it.
Imo Fleet is good as is, especially on champions that like to kite a lot. Klepto on the other hand is much much worse than what it was on LoL PC when it existed. It doesn't give gold and the randomness of the item active is unreliable.
QOTD: I think they should make it so that if a teammate dcs during a ranked match you shouldn’t lose. You should just lose some fortitude and that’s it. But cmon man I don’t want to lose my promos because some idiot dced.
It should still count as a lose but I agree that it needs to have reduced deductions and give leavers bigger penalties. If it's not, then duos-trios would just leave the game to prevent a mark loss.
The 1v1 Laning phase in WR is quickly becoming non-existent.
It is non existent, if you die once you will lose the tower

In response to the question: What the game needs is the inhibitor. Or Inhibitor turret respawn, because the constant waves of permanent super minions kind of makes it a constant struggle without given the protection of the other lane or taking a neutral mob late game. It makes it hard to come back

Updates, seeing as this video is 3 years old.
Wild Rift now has the same amount of keystones or whatever they're called as PC.
Banning has been added to competitive play.
Ui changes, a few champions added, and a PVE mode.
And a little bit over 1/2 of champions, 7 of which i main dont even exist in WR. Man thats fun!

QOTD: I think wild rift needs to make it so in ranked matches when you get a role/lane, you can only pick characters that play in said lane because a lot and i mean a lot of people ignore their roles in ranked matches and that could cost us the game..
E.g: our jungler decides he doesn't want to jungle and picks teemo, leaving us with no jungler

On wild rift the early quitting is no joke. We’ll get full wiped or go down 20-10 and you’ll immediately start seeing surrender
QOTD: items, I still unconsciously keep looking for ravenous hydra, titanic hydra, guinsoo's rageblade and sometimes even ohm wrecker. I'm also desperate to see 1 shot plays, especially since those are the trade marks of Kha'Zix and Rengar
I never play LoL but i like when Guinsoo Rageblade come into Wild Rift. Kai'sa's passive will activate really quick with this item
They should add a targeting feature which allows you to prioritize the closest enemy. As it is now you have only have the choice of lowest hp absolute or percentage.

QOTD: Item diversity! And especially items that can give omnivamp or magic lifesteal. I mean, as much as I like the Vampirism rune, I really want to put Brutal there for the most part due to its penetration stat bonus. That aside, maybe they could also put a shopkeeper in the base for aesthetic purposes? I kinda envy LoL PC players because they have a shopkeeper there...
I changed my review on 3* to 1*. It's insane how bad the matchmaking is for this game. The feeding is not even what annoys me as I am a support main and will play any role but the people who hd the que hostage and then troll pick at the last minute so there is no chance to change. You are then forced to sit through these games which leaves a very bad taste in my mind. I quit playing the pc version 5 years ago and the mentally of the players is s the same.
There is no learning curve for new.players as well, they are thrown into the wilderness to fend for themselves.
I think increase the inhibitor towers stats would be better and also change the design to help new players distinguish those towers, that way they will understand how important they are.
i do wish wildrift has respawning inhibitors because its the one i expecting in wildrift since day 1 because it made the game very unique with other moba. idc if it takes 1 hour per game but i do want it

I believe Wild Rift could introduce more Champions; some key people are missing like Ryze, Cassiopeia, Azir, Taliyah, Xerath, Qiyanna, Sejuani, Sylas, Udyr, Bard...
Overall, my experience with Wild Rift is very enjoyable; mostly the Champion models are what made me fall in love with the game (the PC kinda looks like it came out of BIZARRO's world😅😅😅😅).
People need a few days ban 3 minimum for trolling/ quitting early. It's the most ridiculous thing ever and afk. I have 4 games in a row on my history with MINIMUM 2 people afk from the start quitting or crying. Reporting literally does nothing. Rank is so broken bc of this terrible report system that LITERALLY does nothing.
QOTD: Control Wards and the ability to zoom in/out in game. The field of view is way too small

Do you realize how difficult it is to play champions with long skill shots? When using the replay system, you can’t zoom out more on League PC, but you CAN zoom out more on Wild Rift. So why can’t the zoomed out version be the standard?
QOTD: quick match making because when i play 5 man it takes so long and my friends gets bored and quits. I wanna get my friends play wild rift but match making is slow
players giving up early has been a huge problem on pc recently. The enemy team doesn't even get to our second turret before they're polling for surrender, which is crazy! I've had teams make victorious come backs with no turrets and half the nexus gone!
QOTD: The ability to dodge games. Currently there is no way to dodge games while in champ select. If my teammate troll picks or I get counter picked and I want to dodge, there is no way to do so without the match starting and being labeled as AFK and getting penalized.
Wanting to dodge cuz you get counter picked is lame. Counter picking is part of the game strategy. If everyone dodged the moment they saw their counter, there wouldn’t be any games happening 🤷🏻♂️
@@Ngoexcuse Well look at League PC. People dodge all the time, sometimes I get into queues where people dodge champ select 3 or more times in a row. And counter picking was just an example, it's not like everyone dodges as soon as they see a bad matchup. But if I'm in my promos and I need one more win to promote and I get hard counter picked, I'm dodging, I don't care lol. And most people with matchup knowledge would probably do the same in this scenario. Also, temporary queue bans like they do in League PC for dodging queues would obviously be put into Wild Rift if you could dodge, which is what prevents people from constantly dodging games. So yes, there would still be games happening.
Honestly, i prefer touch controls over kb and mouse because you can move and aim skillshots a bit easier, played HoC for 4 years and now hopped to league, and found that translating my movement to kb and mouse is going to be a pain

Wild Rift fans are sometimes too toxic, they say MlBB sucks because it's toxic, they're not wrong, but League community is literally made of salt, i've been a lol summoners rift player for 11 yrs now, and I can safely say that, wild rift also seems to be pretty toxic, its just that it's Asian Version, normally the Asian version of lol PC would be Dota 2.
what is wrong with "go next after 3 mins" if it is not a ranked game? I don't hate bad players. when bad players do not give up and opponents do not want to end the game(when opponents have more towers, all dragon, and elder dragon), It sucks
I can't stand these scrubs trying to forfeit after the 1st kill. Chill out! I don't give up on a game until it's over. Comeback wins are satisfying!

I mean its really good that riot was able to make a league mobile work even though devs made league pc imbalance and in a really bad situation right now, wild rift even though it has the same toxic and balance issue is less stressful and more fun than league pc, if both games was fixed and the devs brought back the unique contents and events from it’s glory days, these 2 games will dominate the gaming community

@@ariputra_mayun its okay dude because if you destroy inhibitor turret the super crips will respawn maybe after 5 Mins the inhibitor only will respawn in inhibitor turret place
It will not the length it will increase the comeback potential rate because if the inhibitor turret destroy in the current the super crips is will living all time in game the chances in the game will down because there is a chance of a backdoor

Qotd: a way to not lose lp or lights when someone goes afk or is inting because i hate waiting 15 minutes for the enemy to get bored of killing my team so they end the game

For me they should take vainglory's pace as inspiration, it has the perfect progression on mobile. Wild rift is too fast paced, way too much. It's like someone that can't last on bed.
QOTD: we want mini games in wildrift we need it so much
QOTD: More runes for sure, it would be great if they implement a similar rune system (because they probably won't make it the same)
That or more wards. We need control wards and blue trinkets. Also more items :D

Thanks for the great comparison btw. I’ve played LoL off on and since 2009, but have been enjoying the simplicity of wild rift. Like you said, a lot of us fans just don’t have the same amount of time like when we were younger, so it’s nice to still be able to play.
Big money idea just add all the skins from Lol and make each character get a free skin from Lol which can be selected but only like epics and rare only to make it fair for the money senders but make them come like ever 5 month so you guys don’t have to work to hard just my opinion

People need to go look through the options in WR because quite a few suggest chat but there is chat in the game. You need learn how to use it.

Because I'm a baron Lane main and my champ can tank lots of damage, they always blame me after the match even though I'm the one who only destroys turrets.
QOTD : runes and item is boring in wild rift most of dps will bring conquer as rune there is no other option and adc will just buy static & IE it feels like old season meta. And wild rift really need shield breaking mechanic like on PC Blitzcrank ult cause shield is broken in this game
