Rich people in poor countries are filthy rich. However, I doubt those people are renting a small modestly decorated condo. The asking price for this is unbelievable, is it really achievable?
$3500 and month seems high but wondering is one could rent out the 2 parking spots? There is a shortage of parking in BGC so wonder what the monthly rent would be for each spot.
it's because "investors" are usually misinformed, take out a loan (interest rates in the Philippines are high), then pass on the mortgage cost to potential tenants. They can get lucky though because the Philippines has its charms if you have the money to see it. Laws can be bent to the highest bidder's will.
Waaaaaay over-priced...its BGC for goodness sakes. Not Dubai or Beverly Hills. For $3600 USD per month. This makes no sense unless you MUST live in BGC.
@PohunohiWho wants to live in California, especially in San Diego, Los Angeles, and San Francisco? I would rather live in Texas or Florida if I choose to remain in the USA. At least there I can defend myself if a drug infused homeless guy comes at me with a hatchet.
First world prices in a third world country 😂. I pay the same price living ON the beach in Malibu,Ca. Let that sink in.
No regulations, just how much the owner wants to sell. They think buyers are misinformed.

You can get better places in Amsterdam for half the price. why is manila so expensive?

that's a typo right? you accidentally added an extra zero in the rental price? lmao

@Pohunohi: …and all the homeless when looking out your window in downtown SD is free!

😂 little expensive
Overpriced. Not worth the price. They want to make so much money right away.
Absolutely ridiculous. Move to USA and save a bunch of money.
