My mother had heart failure for YEARS and doctors shrugged off her symptoms as asthma and COPD. She finally got so bad she landed in the hospital and they finally diagnosed her with heart failure; stage IV. It's unfortunate that it wasn't caught earlier as she could've lived a much longer life with medication, fasting and therapy.

One Dr finally A heart Dr sent me to hospital 2nd visit if I hadn't seen him when I did I would be dead . I found out 4 yrs ago Sept 12 .
My Rheumatologist sent me upstairs to A Heart Dr said my pulse was way to high. Ultra sound doing it .I was telling them it was my heart since 2003 .Drs today are drug pushers kept telling me it was Anxiety my chest pains
I should of sued my last Dr.

@@lori4291 ah you have arthritis issues too? It seems like a poor functioning heart lends itself to many arthritis symptoms or is partly the cause of heart failure. I had some early signs myself but cut out all the crap food and the "healthy" food that really isn't that healthy. I eat one meal a day and keep it low on carbs and sugar... think what the Inuit or Northern Europeans thousands of years ago would've eaten. My leg and foot swelling hasn't come back. My mother just recently finished chemo successfully. I had her fast 2 days before starting chemo and at least a day afterwards. Her heart function went from 12% to roughly 48%. The doctors ran the tests multiple times assuming there was some errors. Several doctors gathered around her at the hospital and argued amongst themselves; totally dumbfounded. Clearly the chemo didn't help her heart function but the fasting and cutting out the bad carbs and sugar, did. You may want to look into it for yourself, can make a world of difference potentially. I helped 2 friends reverse their T2 diabetes as well... like zero medications. I guess that's the beauty of fasting; it's practically free minus an electrolyte supplement periodically. The only person that benefits is you, finacially too! The doctor, food or pharmaceutical industry can't make a dime off you in that regard. It's probably why it's still a relatively unknown thing in the western world. Thankfully more doctors are supporting it for weight loss and chemo protection(it spares you the severe side effects). Oh and unfortunately it seems like the medical field doesn't take women as seriously when it comes to health concerns. I had to go with my mother a few times to get them to actually take her seriously... including other female doctors; it's a legitimate problem unfortunately. I wish you better health going forward!

Yes I have Osteo Arthritis that was found out 20 yrs ago . But I've always are right and worked out . And taken good care of myself . But it got to the point I couldn't walk up stairs . My dad died of lung cancer at 48 so I thought I had that since I was a smoker .
9nly because so many Heart Dr said my heart was fine . Lol .
And Dr were trying to give me crap like oxy and things for
Anxiety I didn't have anxiety back then I do now. But for other reasons .
Yeah it was along road for a correct Diagnosis . And I yelled at them all when I found out .
Well the ones I saw in hospital I don't know their names . But my general Dr I went off .
      2003 to 2018 I was right .
And I told them my Grandmother had heart failure . Drs make so much money off drug company's
      They don't care .
And any one with heart problems should not go through chemo .
I won't get a mammogram any more . If I get cancer I'll die with cancer . My step mom died with heart failure and she worked in hospital . She was 47 .so my Dad and her died like 3 mths apart . That was hard .
But all you can do is be strong
And keep it together as much as you can .
The weak is swallowed up In this world . When my Body tell me to rest I rest .
Why so many Athletes drop dead they have heart issues and don't know it . Or they aren't told. They push them and push them till their heart explodes . I think I had this as a child and wasn't told .
I was at Dr a lot . For wheezing
And I was never a good runner for my size I should of been .
So it all make sense to me now . But I had a long life
And traveled . And I'm not afraid of death . So it's all good as long as I can make it to Disneyland and Beach I'm happy . I am going to Cancun one last time this spring before I get to sick . Take care Darling thank you for all the info . 😉💖

My wife was diagnosed with heart failure in her first hospital after she was discharged a couple of days she get in a different hospital again but this time the doctor said there is no heart failure base on the 2d echo lab result. The final diagnose is Asthma with Bronhitis. The 2D Echo will give much accurate result.

Should request 2d echocardiography this is accurate. This test should tell the doctor if you have a heart problem or heart failure.

Hi. I had shortness of breath for too long. Almost 2 years. Actually I was just feeling heaviness in the chest like a big weight. I went to see cardiologists backthen and they told me it was due to anxiety. But that was nothing like anxiety or panic attack. I suddenly woke one day with heaviness in the chest. I was fighting up to take a deep breath when I needed it. I was unable to so I was making movements to exercise the muscles around my heart so I could take the breath I needed. I also had constant palpitations. All kind of different pains in the chest. I was unable to control my heart rate and rhythm. My heart rate was not up because I was getting tired or because of anxiety. It was up on its own and it was down on its own I had no control over this. It could not be due to anxiety because I couldn't feel like I have any communication with my heart's muscle. I was waking up in the middle of the night my heart was racing and I didn't cause this, it can't be anxiety. I was sleeping on my chest instead of my back and the heart rate was going down but not normally down. I can't even tell you what my normal rate is because when all this happened, it is the only time I started checking my paulses and I became obsessed with it. Yes I became obsessed because it was the first time I was feeling my heart pounding in my chest. I don't exercise but I knew this pound is happening only when we exercise. It was not normal but nobody was listening to me. They thought I was hypochondriac. My heart was worst when sleeping but I have a habit of rubing my feet until I fall asleep. Probably I was doing this so I don't feel the symptoms, it was a nervous reaction. Recently I had the worst symptoms that awakened me but still I don't know what that is. The last month I started exercising and making movements so I release my chest from all that pressure. I also had this lucky idea to put a hot water bottle on my chest and keep in there. I started having symptoms of a flu or like an allergy. But finally all those bad symptoms went away. I am released. The heaviness in the chest does not exist. The palpitations stopped. I still feel my chest but not the way I was feeling it before. The arrhythmias are not the way they were. I feel like I control my paulse and that the ups and downs of my paulse are caused by normal causes like getting tired after exercise or getting anxious about something. This is normal. But what I had was not normal and it was not due to anxiety. But I am still scared. I feel so released and sometimes I feel like my heart is weakened, like all this pressure, this thing that was there whatever it was, like it damaged something. I don't know. I am still afraid to sleep. Because I don't know what that was and I don't know what the new situation might mean.
If anyone has any idea what anything from what I described might be it would be very helpful because I can't go to the doctors. For my own reasons.

Ive lost alot of faith with doctors nowdays.. I asked for the results of his autopsy... Really large heart.. Every artery was blocked.. Kidneys were mottled and in bad shape.. lungs were full of fluid..
