The throat relief sirop, Pi Pa Gao, is made of the fruit of loquat I think. It's sweet and gooey and when I was little I would sometimes drink it even when I didn't have a sore throat.
I take that black syrup for ANY throat problem growing up, I still always keep one in my house hold. For mild symptom it really makes anything instantly feel better.
My mum would bring a packet of instant coffee to a Chinese restaurant and then ask for a cup of hot water. 🤣🤣 I thought she was the only one who did that.

That pei pa koa is too dang sweet. I always have one or two bottle of another brand that has bird's nest in it. Very effective in relieving throat discomfort.
My essentials: phone, tissue, wet wipes, water, moistursing cream, gum, lip balm, wallet with money, and some snacks. No massage gun, no macha powder with brush and grinder, no ukelele, no complete book series of Harry potter.
I take pei pa koa in candy form and we used to bring bags of it whenever we perform on plays or attend theatre festivals. Up until now I still take pei pa koa whenever I have a sore throat. Also, Gingerbon is great for your sore throat 😁

If you can't find a Bento box you like, try getting a thermos!! It's exactly gor that purpose.
