While this video does not consider a change in the Futsal rules (the goalkeeper cannot receive back in his/her on court), this is an ideal environment for development of many soccer capacities, as we will explain in other videos.

It is actually a great tool to develop field players as well, as they also develop their skills and supporting responsibilities.

The video shows only individual based defending. We will prepare some with zonal based defending.
