The hinge has an "extension stop" feature with settings that prevent the elbow from extending to a desired point, but does it have a setting that prevents the elbow from closing past certain point?
I just attach to the sling to the forearm first, then place the strap over the shoulder. and bend sideways to reach the end that attaches to the bicep. I just go slow about it.
The reason why everybody hates engineers is because they don’t even try their product do not buy this one it’s extremely hard to take it off and put it back on by one that has clips engineers would be a lot better if they actually try the product for a month straight and fix all the flaws and inconvenience of not having an arm already is good old engineers everybody hates them for a reason they have earned it

How about integrating the sling? That's the difficult part.
