    OMG.. Those incisions he's talking about at 3:42-3:47, that go down into the ear and around.... I didn't even realize that I HAD incisions there until just now, as I'm watching him tracing the pattern out on his own ear. I'm now looking in a mirror trying to find a scar there, but I literally can't see any scaring. I can find the incisions behind my ear, but not in the front. Wow. I knew Truesdale did an excellent job on me, but my God... I'm stunned.

    From a male perspective you are among the best in the country, after looking at your amazing work before and after surgery. There are many men out there who would like to have a face rejuvenation and are hesitant. A little encouragement to the men out there would be welcome Dr. Truesdale, and by the way saw the big smile on your dad's face after witnessing your mom's younger face makeover.

    I had a mid face-lift and a neck lift in July. Surprisingly I never once experienced any pain. Now the swelling and bruising in my face was horrible. The right hand side of my face looked like an airbag hit me in my face. On day six I had to go back to work because my substitute driver at the postoffice got covid. So six days of rest is what I got and I have been going ever since. There has been absolutely no complications throughout the whole process. This summer I plan on going back for more procedures. I love it

    • @Dr.Truesdale
      @Dr.Truesdale  9 дней назад +4

      Many of my patients have described a surprisingly smooth recovery from facelift surgery. A vast majority who've had previous body plastic surgery say that this procedure is MUCH easier to recover from.
      About 80% of my patients switch from the pain medication we prescribe to extra strength Tylenol 2-3 days post-surgery. You'll mostly feel a little stiff and sore for the first few days, not necessarily pain. Mild discomfort.

    I had a deep plane lift on Oct 3rd 2024 and some days in very swollen and others in not so bad.
    My main concern though is that since then, the right side of my face no longer works. It's almost like I've had a stroke. I can't smile, I can't wink or close that eye independently. My mouth on that side really doesn't work. I slur my words and bite my lip on that side constantly. I hate it. I cover my mouth when I speak to people. I should not be doing that AFTER a facelift. My surgeon says it'll heal, but I've had only minimal improvement after 6 weeks. I do the exercises that he's instructed me to do... nothing!
    I didn't expect to come out looking for a stuttering, lazy eyed stroke victim.
    I can't go back. He's in Hungary, I'm in Australia. What's your thoughts?

    How long does a person’s “plastic” surgery results last is my question? I don’t know much about it, but the so called “celebrities” (some)seem to NEVER get enough and often times, their results from having too much surgery, doesn’t come out so well. And I shouldn’t have to call the names of these “celebrities.”🤷🏽‍♀️

    • @theoriginalbunnygirl
      @theoriginalbunnygirl 5 дней назад +1

      It all depends on what kind of surgery, how extensive it is, health factors, etc. There is no one timeframe.
