Can't count the number of times I have been pulled out of a dark place by Voltaire. Music saves lives.
Can't count the number of times I've joyously been pulled back into my darkness by Voltaire. Music inspires life.
As a nocturnal soul myself, in a world which expects day-wakeness, this is very accurate.

Not sure whether I like this or the original more. Both rock in different ways. One thing's for sure: Voltaire's still got it.
The other version being so monochordic, although it lacks the dynamics of this one, in its own way it creates a sort of hypnotizing sound for the violins to delve through. But this one screams out all the crude expression from the song.

Yes. On one hand you have something closer to classic Goth and something closer to Gothic rock. Both are amazing though. I love the Night regardless of versions.

I cant figure out which version I like best. I like how clean the vocals feel in the almost human one, but I love how rich the instrumentals are in this one. Both are good!
