This was so easy and so so good. Instead of toasting and grinding up the spices for the garam masala, I used some garam masala powder. And it still turned out AMAZING. Thank you for sharing this recipe

Made this today. To cater for more people, I added a third extra of everything and as the mrs isn’t keen on bone in chicken. I diced some chicken thigh instead. Absolutely glorious. Very happy I found this, first curry I’ve ever made!❤️👍🏼

I come from a Indian jamaican family and the best way I've learned how to curry any poultry is a nice seasoned marinade with a little curry powder to leave in overnite. Rub in chili powder and sear. Remove the chicken and sautee onions then garlic, pepper, and tomato then take half out and blend with turmeric, salt and water. Then add chicken to pot with blended mixture and masala if you have, and add boiling water with a stir. Let boil and add potato and carrots. Nice and easy curry recipe in contrast to the above

Excellent recipe! I soaked the chicken thighs in a bit of lime juice and dahi prior to frying (and used tongs to put chicken into pan) and it came out beautifully.

Sis, I did notice that my tomatoes did release water so when I added some more water, the curry was a little watery. It wasn’t bad, but maybe 1/2 cup of water instead of one if the tomatoes release water?

dice the onion finely rather than slicing it, and cook the onions for longer before adding the other ingredients. the onions should disappear in the curry, not in flavour but in texture.

actually, nos is a number it's not complicated it just that we didn't use it in daily life while others do use it O.O
singular number = no or no. or No. or no.
plural number = nos or nos. Nos or Nos.
in my country number = nombor and the abbr for nombor is no.
