I just came across you on you tube in my basement where I have some exercise equipment. I don't have a reformer but I have a total gym if you know what that is. I can do many of the exercises you do using that. Wow. Feeling muscles I haven't used. I am a 71 year old male using the total gym, kettlebells, bands and rowing machine/airdyne. But your exercises feel different and great for flexiblity. Glad I found your channel.
Hi John, I have frequent, intense leg cramps (from inner thigh down through my shins and feet) apparently due to lack of movement/Stretching (as said by the doctor). I am 54 and not very active ; as i now have access to a reformer, I wanted to know if the above video is suitable for beginner stretching (versus "muscle building"). Your videos are great and I am hoping to learn a regular workout and build up my body flexibility. Thank you
