- Today we take a look at the fourth episode in the Fears to Fathom anthology and each episode has been getting better and better. That means that expectations were high and I can safely say that this is their best episode yet!
It reminds me of Firewatch, but now with a proper horror setting. We play as Jack who gets a temporary job as a weather reporter over at a Firewatch tower. Things start out mundane as we report fires or other sightings and we have frequent contact with tower 12. But slowly something starts to change and each night something creepy occurs. Are there things happening in the forest at night that are not meant for our eyes? Grab a snack and a soda and enjoy this scary and great horror gem!

First you try to light your tower on fire by throwing a burning match onto the floor where you spilled gas, and then you pee off the railing when there is a perfectly fine toilet downstairs. On top of that, you throw perfectly good food on the floor. What kind of barbarian are you?

If you listen carefully you can hear that “ cult whistle” through out the game, especially the hours before the skull scene when jack is making dinner. Really a good story, hope one day they can turn this into a movie

For sure, but there is an erorr, when you go back to your RV , after talking the cop, the bathroom door is still locked and Silas is out of the van , the door should be opened but is still locked.

I had a buddy who worked as a park ranger in his younger days. He used to tell me about it all the time. He had several stories of being on the job. This was back in the 80s. He later developed emphysema from heavy smoking. To all you youngsters out there. There was a time when everyone and their dog was a smoker. He later had to quit and become a mechanic. I wish I could remember why he had to give up being a park ranger, but I can't remember.
