Great exercise, great upper body. Help the lower body catch up to the upper body. It just doesn't look even. You've been exercising for a long time, obviously. Freaky built.
I am using this to improve my pull ups....2wks passed started with 15kgs now doing 20....now I can hold the bar I mean climb a chair hold the bar near chin area and now can stay for 15-20seconds but still unable to do my 1st pull up yet.....will only doing farmers carry help me in getting pull up
The farmer carry will help with your grip strength and other muscles, but you will still need to work on doing pull-ups to improve overall. Maybe try some form of assisted pull-ups as well. Keep doing the isometric holds as well.
You think i'd still get most of the benefits of it if i put it into a circuit? (The circuit has 7 exercises and i repeat it 8 times.) So id get a good few reps in, but id likely be fairly tired for the last 3 since my circuits primary function is to increase cardio, but i like tryna sneak in extra benefits too. Also, your lats are fkin huge haha

Just one doubt in my mind sir .... Can we perform this exercise with standing in one place instead of walking...are both( walk / stand) have same effect??
Less stabilization when you stand in place. Moving forces the abdominal muscles to engage and to maintain posture for stability. This movement engages quite a few muscles to be performed properly.
It should be difficult enough based on the distance you are walking. I prefer to use this exercise at then end of my session when my grip is somewhat fatigued already.
Im in construction 50 years old in hvac industriel, have to carry all my stuf on roof .Im to tired whit my job to make full split lifting workout. Its enough 2 times week pull up, push up, farmer walk or miss some exercise? Thanks.

Daily farmer carries for the win 🥇! I would recommend implementing some stretches first. Be sure you are training your chest and biceps as well.
