I have read the hafs quran and some of the hadiths and found the following:
- Islam teaches that child marriage is OK which implies child rape (Surah 65:4) which is evil. And Mohammed of course led by example when he raped a 9 year old little girl.
- Islam teaches that it is OK for a husband to beat his wife (Surah 4:34) which is evil.
- Islam teaches that it is OK to use women captured in war to be used and sold as sex slaves (Surah 33:50) which evil.
- Islam teaches that Christians and Jews must be fought until they have been killed (murdered) unless they submit to Islam and agree to be oppressed second class citizens in the own country (Surah 9:29) which is evil.
- And the witness of a women is worth only half of that of a man. (Surah 2:282). That is an insult to all women.

Brother, I am just watching you to learn how you respond to these people. I grow up in an Islamic country and I never faced with these questions in my life up until I moved to Canada for my education. Actually there's a study from Oxford University in 2011 with around 54 academic researcher and a budget of 1.9m pound that states that babies (or human naturally) do believe in god, before introducing them to any religion, theology or atheism.

Happy to know brother Hamza also refers to Marmaduke Pickthall’s translation of the Qur’an. Love the old English, leaves a much deeper and lasting impression on the soul. Excellent point about there being no commentary added, one of the reasons I’m unable to replace this translation for any others.
What we can do that no one can stop us is to make dua, pray tahajjud to make dua to Allah azza wajal to grant our brothers and sisters victory in Palestine and also where they are being oppressed, if can financially support them we should go ahead and do that, If we can expose them(oppressors) in social media we should go ahead and do that which is a powerful tool!

I have read the hafs quran and some of the hadiths and found the following:
- Islam teaches that child marriage is OK which implies child rape (Surah 65:4) which is evil. And Mohammed of course led by example when he raped a 9 year old little girl.
- Islam teaches that it is OK for a husband to beat his wife (Surah 4:34) which is evil.
- Islam teaches that it is OK to use women captured in war to be used and sold as sex slaves (Surah 33:50) which evil.
- Islam teaches that Christians and Jews must be fought until they have been killed (murdered) unless they submit to Islam and agree to be oppressed second class citizens in the own country (Surah 9:29) which is evil.
- And the witness of a women is worth only half of that of a man. (Surah 2:282). That is an insult to all women.

So that is my problem with the many different Arabic qurans we can all buy. And we should always remember all of Islam is only what Mohammed maybe recited and how he lived. So why do you believe that following Mohammed will get you or anyone else to heaven. And do show the quranic verses on which you base your belief.

i am an atheist. i don't have faith in a particular religion. i don't claim to definitively know there is no creator. a creator beyond auer reality can't be proven or disproven because of his nature.
but this don't makes the faith in a particular religion rational, if you can't demonstrate why your faith has more validity to it that any other religion, then am i not able to believe you.
proving a god can exist and proving it is the one described in the quran are two different hypotheses.
The fact that "faith" is even needed should make anyone suspicious about that religion ....
We never rely on faith for anything other then religion. So if they actually knew I'm willing to bet "faith" wouldn't be a factor at all
Faith can lead to both a true or a false conclusion. Therefore it's totally useless. Yet over half of the worlds population just can't seem to figure that out and is happy to keep using it. Even worse their whole belief system kinda rests on it. And strangely they only apply it when it comes to God. Almost like they know it's not a good method.
