And I won, thanks to a 92nd minute winner. I had, 6 expected goals to his 0.2, and I won 2-1. He added me after the game and told me he was only a Div 7 player. Like WHAT? I’m shooting and it’s hitting the post or getting blasted over or getting blocked by his 5atb. He went up the other end, I kid you not, it rebounded 7 times, before he got a clear opportunity and he put it in. When you brand your game as “competitive”, as long as I am playing even half decent there, there should be no amount of interference from the game that makes that a close game. I should be battering him 5-0 99/100 times because of the huge skill gap. And if that’s what it’s like when the skill gap is so big, imagine that same difference in day to day games within divs or whatever. Might as well call head or tails at the start of the game to decide who wins
Maybe stop buying it? If you buy it again a year from now you're the biggest fool. I stopped after FIFA 20 and my life has gotten way less stressful since.

You've played the best FIFA's but you didn't quit FIFA 19 which wasn't even football, I did. FIFA 22 was actually the last straw I assumed for most. I hoped they'd revamp FIFA, but they kept it the same as FIFA 20, added hypermotion. Honestly unless they remove hypermotion FIFA will never be good. Then remove the slow ass ball physics from FIFA 20, remove sliding introduced in FIFA 18.

I am also facing the same issue most of the people are saying game is slow pass and build when i do that suddenly my passes are getting misplaced continuously and apart from that opponent just control there midfielder and track back they dont even defend and all the space is out so its so tough to beat ai defenders

Yeah I have played this game every year since fifa 06, was a consistent div 1 player since ultimate team was introduced, after the BS we had to put up with in FC 24 I decided I’ll never buy another fifa game again, I mean I’m 26 so I don’t even feel like I’m too old to be playing but the game is completely different to what it was in the era around fifa 14-17, I was struggling in div 6 after downloading the fc25 trial and decided I’m finished with this brand. Will get the game when it’s free on game pass and just play career and pro clubs. What a mess EA have created with these past few games…

Futties time was ok to play and that made me buy fc25. So far it’s better than 24 but the same time bar is at rock bottom so everything will be better than 24

Guarantee you half these guys I’m versing in Div 1 that hold the ball for 80% of the game wouldn’t last 10 minutes back in fifa 17.

It's easy to say watching it but this game is generally ass, player lock is the worst, first time passing is non existent and that's game changing for us who like to play quick passing nick is one of them. I was fuming about button delay etc last FIFA but it feels way worse. Some of the AI runs I see people get that don't even trigger the runs I don't even get when I trigger it. I tried every "meta" tactic, the 5 back formations yet in clubs I'm winning 11s tournaments and paid leagues. UT is just unplayable atm even for nick who's probably got the best set ups I can use for FIFA. So please don't say "he's playing bad" the games not letting him play well and that's not coping it's fact

The problem is in the passing at the ball. The passing needs to be crisp and make sure you use their strong foot when passing otherwise you just might lose the ball when using a weak foot. Keep the ball at the back and you won’t concede like that. Check how I play at the back you’ll see the difference. Little to no mistakes at the back is how I play.
the worst part is that nick doesnt adapt to how others are playing at all, he is playing like he was in fc24 when this game is like 100 times worse, he needs to change ins and tactics and focus play on the wings that is why 442 is back in the meta
What i find frustrating is when people do the same thing the entire game over and over again. Its either trough balls or lob balls. You defend them 77 times and then they get lucky and one gets true and they score. No skill required.

I think that’s a fair point but man… watching Nick try the same thing over and over again for hours was lowkey getting frustrating as a viewer. How many times would he recover the DDA bounce in his own half and then try the low driven to his forward off screen. That or the unnecessary L1 dribbles and skill moves in the final third just to give his opponent enough time to take the ball off of him

When playing against AI suddenly the worst player dribbles past your whole time with no one intercepting or anything and when an idiot score he signals "I cooked you".

I really don’t get it man, like the game is definitely shit hole but you really played bad, the amount of times you just loose the ball in your half is absurd (of course the press is op) but switch to something narrow if you struggling. I watched the whole stream, you just got in to a loop, and I feel you, and those are the exact times you need to take a several hours break and get back to the basic, accurate passes, composure, finding the open space. U got it bro u are actually insane player

It's easy to say watching it but this game is generally ass, player lock is the worst, first time passing is non existent and that's game changing for us who like to play quick passing nick is one of them. I was fuming about button delay etc last FIFA but it feels way worse. Some of the AI runs I see people get that don't even trigger the runs I don't even get when I trigger it. I tried every "meta" tactic, the 5 back formations yet in clubs I'm winning 11s tournaments and paid leagues. UT is just unplayable atm even for nick who's probably got the best set ups I can use for FIFA. So please don't say "he's playing bad" the games not letting him play well and that's not coping it's fact

The problem is in the passing at the ball. The passing needs to be crisp and make sure you use their strong foot when passing otherwise you just might lose the ball when using a weak foot. Keep the ball at the back and you won’t concede like that. Check how I play at the back you’ll see the difference. Little to no mistakes at the back is how I play.

What i find frustrating is when people do the same thing the entire game over and over again. Its either trough balls or lob balls. You defend them 77 times and then they get lucky and one gets true and they score. No skill required.
