It seems like you got really rusty with Tychus: - You needed more and earlier Blazes. And they also should have been in the front, to eat the contact damage. Having Serious jump in front of them negates them. You had T3. The enemy had Decoys, Ghost Snipes, Banelings and Wrathwalkers in masses. Cutting 300 damage down to 30, means he takes 10 times as many shots. - meanwhile Stukov could have benefited from zome Jumpy boys and/or explody boys. Does some initial damage, and every swing is a waste of damage by the decoys. Just some chaff to distract the decoys. - Sam is your single entity killer - via his grenade. You got one Sam, but then did not got his T3 or grenade upgrades. That one is easily a 2nd or 3rd grenade each wave. To Sams should easily coutner to mama ships. Maybe a 3rd for Alarak. - Vega grounding puts the enemy into firing range of the Kevs, which is a death sentence. It also does wonders at keeping your wave together, as everyone can shoot the air units. Plus you needed a second or 3rd detector anyway. But it definitely does not help against heroic air.
Haven't watched the entire game but all he really needed is Tychus Nikara Kev build in back and micro abilities, unmicroed stalkers and Zagara wouldn't get through this, and ghosts maybe would do something but they're useless against stuk anyway, so he would stack and the opponents would never unstack Alex Nikara Tychus Kev. T3 blaze would be good with T3 Nikara, but he sucks vs decoys due to dash bypassing them, you need Sams vs decoys. Civs really good vs holo yeah
Very very new player here, but would a few Sirius early have helped with the corruptors that were causing your line to be spread out? Then their detonators helped with decoys? Just trying to learn if I run into it in the future.

Should have got a Vega to bring the ms to the ground for the kevs to play with. Bringing the air to ground also keeps your wave together.
The stukov also should have got a bunch of civs to soak snipes and dbacks to bring down the air and fight the alarak armor.
Heroic units aren't affected by Vega

1000 hp, detonator does 300, and decoys can just dash to specific targets
A couple Nux would help with his ultrasonic pulse
should have got the stun for tychus . wait more important than +25 dmg
