The first time I ever heard this song, I was in tears. It's so beautiful! I suffer from depression, and can't seem to think like I used to. Every time I listen to this, I get better and get more confidence. Earlier this year, my friends asked me if they wanted to go skating, and I agreed to go. A year before that, I would rather stay home and watch my phone than go out places. I've started writing books, creating music, and I even told someone I liked them, something which is almost impossible for me to do. I would like to say to anyone who is suffering, stop and listen to this song. It can be one time, or a thousand. Always remember though, your true friends will always be there for you, trust me. I hope you all are feeling amazing right now! I love you all.

I miss these older songs. The songs now are ridiculous with hardly any real meaning to it. This song is beautiful with a lot of depth and meaning to it. This is what music is. Not the shit that comes out on the radio now, like Justin Beiber and Arriana Grande. It's just ridiculous that almost every song now lacks a meaning with heartfelt lyrics with like the only message being sex. I hate it. Which is why I listen to older songs that are so beautiful with so many real feelings being expressed through the music and lyrics.

I don’t have depression; but now many of my friends do to just “fit in” at school. It’s sad how people do this to just act normal when it’s actually a condition that isn’t good. All they do now is wear black clothes and black hoodies to act “cool” and do “bad“ people stuff. This song takes me back to the day when my friends were all laughing and sitting around at the lunch table and wearing bright colored clothes and not cursing and being themselves. Now, I’m the only one at my grade who isn’t faking depression; or moping all the time about nothing... I just wanted to ask if anybody else feels strange like I do. If the person who is reading this comment isn’t feeling like this, I’m sorry for wasting your time. Thank you for reading this.

Try imagine this as if you saw the Milky Way for the first time in your life at night. In the next day, you asked your friend/boy/girlfriend/partner to the exact place where you found the galaxy. You blindfolded them so they don't know where are they heading. When you guys came up to that place and the light pollution is zero, you unwrapped the clothing from your partner and make them look up. They will ask what is that line of cloudy, starry line of light. You tell them, "It's the Milky Way!" And their eyes will get amazed. You guys stayed there and enjoyed the view as stars shimmering in the complete, dark night sky. There's no moon to block whatsoever. Absolutely beautiful! (Got the inspiration from an Undertale animation lol)

The amount of pure emotion that comes from this song is the type that makes you cry while smiling and that is definitely one of the best feelings in the world. And the memories and nostalgia that was made with this song, it just cannot be matched by any other song. This song brings tears to my eyes
*sigh* reminds me of my old childhood...
I usually cry or get emotional when i listen to this since i always think of my animals. For me, they really are the stars in my life since they are the ones that understand me the most. I always tell them they are stars, galaxies and nebuals since i absolutely adore space hence why this song is even more emotional to me. The part of where he sings "I don't care, go on and tear me apart, i don't care if you do" is also really impacting since the newest member of my pets is a eldery cat i took in since the owner couldn't have him anymore and he was very grumpy and such when i first got him, often biting and scartching me when i simply petted him. He was also scared and nervous all the time and didn't trust anyone. But i took my time with him and now he basically begs for cuddeles and such.
I think I see my Brother and my Mother in the sky full of stars. Such a heavenly view. RIP THOMAS AND MOM..BE FREE.
