  • HOTWORX is a 24/7 infrared fitness studio global franchise. HOTWORX saunas are effective because of the patented design that allows 3 users to receive infrared energy while exercising inside the sauna no matter what position they are in.HOTWORX is a virtually instructed exercise program created for users to experience the many benefits of infrared heat absorption, while completing a 30-minute Isometric workout or 15-minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session. As the infrared heat penetrates your body causing you to sweat, the isometric postures further accelerate detoxification by physically removing the toxins from your organs through muscle contraction.Our patented sauna combines heat, infrared, and exercise- what we like to call “3D Training”- and makes HOTWORX a workout unlike any other fitness program available!

    I just joined and praying that this will help me lose 150 pounds I need to lose. I'm severely overweight and suffer from sinus congestion. I did my first 15 minute bike work out a day ago. I went at my own pace. After the workout my body was still feeling warm for like an hour. And I was sooo thirsty after ...I think this infrared workout method is genius. Thank you and I will keep y'all posted on here in 3 months

    Thoroughly enjoy the intensity of the heat, the releasing of toxins through sweat, improved flexibility, and improved strength in all areas...

    One of my favorite exercise/daily lifestyle boost things ive ever done. I wanted to open up my own but it just doesn't look very attractive as a business with the price of rent in major cities and franchise fees/hidden costs.. The couple owners I've talked to seem to have a lot of trouble with the corp and are barely staying above water.

    That is a really small space for three people. I don’t think I could do that - two folks in that space seems like a better idea…or extend the room by three feet.

      $59/month + tax for just your main location
      $79/month + tax for nationwide
      Joining fee $99 one time fee and $99 to pay for their mat and towel.
      I did the $59/month + tax so round up it would be $63/monthly
      $9/month for any month you want to freeze your account

    Why is the infrared light not actually red?

    • @lovethegame5
      @lovethegame5 11 месяцев назад +1

      its part of the light spectrum that isnt visible to the human eye, if you look at infrared cameras you will see that objects that are emitting heat give off red light

    Whats infrared radiation do for you?

    • @mpa9114
      @mpa9114 Год назад

      I don't think it has many health benefits. They use it as a method of heating and also bc its novel to us, we're more likely to think it can provide benefits that are valuable since they weren't available before.
      I think radiated human cage is more unique. 🤷‍♂️
      Radiation usually doesn't do good to a person though.

    With a Covid-winter coming around,. I mean being in a sauna with 3 other people errrrr. Going solo is the only move or with someone you know!

    • @rn2insurance961
      @rn2insurance961 2 года назад +7

      You don’t have to do it with three people. When you schedule the appointment you get to choose any sauna you want. I always choose one that’s just me. It’s so nice when you can schedule online before you go.

      @@rn2insurance961i was initally excited thinking about a new experience..
      But in a radiated box alone. 🤔 I saw your username says rn so i was gonna ask you, but I'm assuming you're in insurance. Where's my doctor's? I want to know what they really think about this.
      They also said microwaves and 5g is safe and superior. They said cigarettes were safe.. I digress but this seems like a bad idea for the actual people using it.
