I just joined and praying that this will help me lose 150 pounds I need to lose. I'm severely overweight and suffer from sinus congestion. I did my first 15 minute bike work out a day ago. I went at my own pace. After the workout my body was still feeling warm for like an hour. And I was sooo thirsty after ...I think this infrared workout method is genius. Thank you and I will keep y'all posted on here in 3 months

Love Hotworx! I’ve been a member for over 2 years. Best workout I have ever done! One piece of advice - I’ve heard feedback from others that they would like to see more people of color as instructors.

I'm only one week in but it's amazing! My location in Kennesaw is clean and always has decent time slots. I hope I can keep up the pace! I sometimes lose steam/consistency but the format here is unique.

I like this but your saunas are too small

The rooms are way too small to comfortably accommodate three people, and especially when considering when working out along with strangers. Overall this is an ideal environment for those people who really like to 😓 😊

Absolutely love hotworx!! So thankful for what you guys have started with this breakthrough in the workout industry! First time I do not feel sore or close to an injury after doing challenging sessions despite my having quite a few injuries the he past with being a competitive athlete ! Also you shed fat and toxins out of your body like you can’t believe … and the workouts are enjoyable and relaxing! Thank you team Hotworx!

Bethpage location is horrendous and the “community” is just as awful. One thing is I have been refused to go into the sauna I booked because another booked and told me I couldn’t use it. Then another woman went over her time into my time and caught a huge attitude with me about me asking her to leave since I booked the time slot and she again didn’t want anyone else joining her. Used to go here and as a single mom who wants to get into shape I joined they were nice until I had my daughter with me. I when I bring my child she sits and she watches a movie while I wait to work out. She’s not loud she only speaks when spoken to which was a few times by other kind members and apparently we got a complaint that there was a child in the gym. I told my daughter to be quiet again make sure she stays by the sauna I’m in. There was an employee there as well who used to play and talk with my daughter and apparently that’s unacceptable as well because this is the first gym I’ve ever been to that you need to be quiet as a mouse. Then we got a phone call saying we were getting kicked out because someone complained I brought my kid in again. Now is my child perfect? No not at all is she jumping around like a monkey screaming throwing stuff? No but apparently they let one or two older woman who complained twice be the decider of wether I should have a membership. I paid too to use their gym and I think Hotworx forgot that. Basically if your a single parent who has nowhere else to bring your child or if your a hardworking parent who has a need to bring your child to the gym you are not welcome here. There is no policy either about bringing your child so anyway young parents or single parents don’t give them your money.

I have a subscription and I had to move for work and now they want to continue charging me

That is a really small space for three people. I don’t think I could do that - two folks in that space seems like a better idea…or extend the room by three feet.

I just got banned from the one here in fort wayne Indiana across the way from Jefferson Point...I was told people felt unsafe cause of me having my phone...it's ok...I'm sure planet fitness or the ymca will gladly take me under their wing and let me join...if you are sooo inclined to feel unsafe with others having their phone I suggest you toss your phone away...this was horse💩

With a Covid-winter coming around,. I mean being in a sauna with 3 other people errrrr. Going solo is the only move or with someone you know!

I'm 65 and limited with knee arthritis, it has been so difficult finding a workout that works, so I am going to give it a try unfortunately the centre near me was damaged by Hurricane Ian will keep an eye out for reopening in the meantime ordering the book to educate myself thank you!!

Very disappointing for them to say on a public forum that the target population is the 30 year old female. That’s quite humiliating to us who are in our 40s and 50s where Hotworx has changed our lives. Take out that section. It’s very dividing comment..
