I’ve never had soy milk before but I’m pretty sure it’ll turn out good.

@@D0NCH33T0 Colby is one of them, it’s basically lactose free. Your harder, more aged cheeses are usually best if you want something that won’t bother your stomach as much. I usually eat mozzarella bc it doesn’t bother my stomach🥰 I love string cheese since it’s literally that. And Swiss cheese is great too! Not all of them are all the way lactose free but it’s pretty dang close so I never have any discomfort after eating those☺️

where I live they are called "natillas" ,they are really delicious and they taste great with cinnamon, my grandmother and I used to make them because the recipe was in one of the cookbooks that my great-great-grandmother, great-grandmother, and grandma have written.

Lactain pills. The absolutely do work, but you have to take like six of them, ignoring the directions. And this is fine as there are no harmful substances in said pills. They just contain the enzyme your stomach needs to digest the dairy properly, which you lack.
To be fair, I enjoy watching cooking videos and would try recipes that looked good to me. This recipe does not sound or look good to me at all. I hate milk, i think it tastes nasty so I doubt I'd like it. It's still interesting to watch though.
