Just looking again at this, I know it's there a while now. That's Tony O' Flaherty on the recording desk and Robb Bradstock filmed the whole thing. We are releasing 'Ger Wolfe and The New Skylark's - Melody Bright and The Favourite Sparrow' on March 1st 2019. www.gerwolfe.com for more info.
Hi Ger, I was introducing your music to my friend and saw you had replied to my posting with a question. For Canadian insomniacs (of which sub-group I sometimes call myself a member), at four a.m., for some rare and wonderful reason, the CBC features (from Ireland) a selection from your amazing Irish documentary archive. I don't know how many Canadians caught the one on you but it goes out to the whole country and also into the U.S. So I feel like I had a great bit of Irish luck that night.
Heard the documentary on you on CBC Radio last week. I'm a new fan (I was a fan of an Irish band, The Fureys and feel the same draw to your sensitive musicality as with some of their work.). Love your intimacy with nature and what beautiful melody. Are you familiar with Nick Drake's song. "For the Morning"? I will spread the word of you around Canada.
Greetings from Australia. Heard the Curra Road and followed up. This is just great. People will catch on eventually...

I had the Nick Drake song title wrong. It's "From the Morning", not "For the Morning."
