In this episode of Turning Leak Detections Into Repair Work, we return to a property that had a leaking skimmer where we previously performed a leak detection using the Pro Complete Leak Detection Kit by LeakTronics. After finding the leak, we bid the repair job and got the work.
In this video, we show you the process of removing the skimmer, resetting and re-entombing, pouring the concrete and resetting the bricks for the decking. It is extremely important to re-set the skimmer at the right height to ensure that leaks won't happen again.
We took time to show the removal of the bridge, which is something we wouldn't normally do, to show the importance of how we set the skimmer to the proper height.
