Yep, supposedly Freljord's losing literally everything (and half its ramp cards), and SI is losing all of its drain and lifesteal except the 6 mana drain 5, deadbloom wanderer, undergrowth, and soulgorger. If you want life drain it's looking like it's time for Deep.
@@TheAcad3mic We dont know yet if the leaks are true, but a lot of it makes sense especially looking at the new cards (like culling strike and sharp-sight). We also already knew vile-feast and TF would rotate, but there is a lot more some of them great some kind baffling. Just look it up on the LoR if the post hasnt been deleted, or watch the video Alan did on the leaks. ^^ (Its about 1/3 of all cards in the game atm, so a big rotation.)

Hold up, what if you ran a plunder board, with shadow isles and used soul cleave on adroit artificer and just got each effect activated 3 times in one turn?
oh boy... i can see noxus/Freljord with ramp decks... the one that activates plunder on play with the freljord card that grants a mana-gem on plunder(Wolfrider) makes ramping so much faster, i can see samira working pretty well with "into face" old cards like Swain and Sejuani now we need someone that can trigger last breath effects without killing the unit and we have Heartstone 2.0!
Maybe they rotate that card out i assume they want to deemphasize that aspect of freljord (making me very sad cause I was hoping for some transform support)
@@Breadcutter i doubt they will. sejuani plunder has been pretty dead for a while now. reviving it while strengthening aggro as a "worthy opponent" at the same time might actually be what they're trying to do
imagine ramping into warmother's call, getting sejuani's boat on board and playing the adroit artificer. the best part is you can entomb him so he reactivates the effect in 2 turns XD

stylish shot is probably by far one of the most aggressive card imagine that thing being in a deck that has tons of impact/overwhelm (ahem noxus deck ahem) you could just spam that card alot....

Stylish shot is definitely not better than decimate. Decimate deals 4 damage at once, and stylish deals max 2 each round and you have to hit nexus. Honestly I don't know why did you even compared these two as they are completely different cards, decimate is a finisher burn and stylish is value burn - less instant damage but better dmg to mana ratio and more value over time. Both are used to do different things and neither is better.

i see what you mean. but there's still ways to get around that. for example infinite rally katarina. and combining samira with coins post level up it can potentially deal more damage than decimate during the same turn

So I have my lil take on Samira. Prolly a long essay blah blah blah but I rarely speak my opinion about LoR so thought I might share it once or twice. I think Samira is a good card and enables her archetype very well and with that being said her cards are really strong and fun, working with her as well. However, Samira is a let down for me because of her League to LoR translation. Let's take Gnar for instance. His whole kit in LoL depends on changing back and forth from mega to mini, which is translated very well! Characters such as Eve (with her going in and out of demon form) and Sett (regenerating himself and stacking up shield) is very well translated onto LoR. Samira on the other hand is also a champion who heavily relies on her Passive in League to create her unique gameplay such as gnar and eve. But now in LoR her passive has nothing to do with her playstyle other than level her up. She only gets her Q translated (which is easy) but not really her E W or R. On top of that she is another Rally champ that have to spend 6+ cards to Rally where Kata does it by simple dropping on the board or lucian simply by losing one unit. Samira feels like very agressive Kata with extra steps. This design has been bothering me not only with Samira but with Jayce and Seraphine too basically doing the same thing as Karma but with more specific requirements. They didnt necessarily bring something NEW but instead they brought more ways of doing something that was already in the game. I hoped that Samira will bring some fresh elements into the table like being a Brash support or maybe Twisted Fate that just casts tons of Spells during combat eventually stacking up her Passive and unleashing her ult forcing the enemy to interact to stop her combo pieces from going off to prevent the ult droping on them. So in conclusion... is Samira a good card? Yes she enables her archetype well, she does her job well but she does not bring anything new and this design does not really EXTEND or PRESENT Samira in a new light (which LoR was good with by building MORE upon what was already there like Husks, Evolve etc.) LoR team did amazing job and I have nothing but respect for them but seeing Samira being released like... this really killed my hype for the expansion. I hope everyone else have fun with it though. Have a good day ^_^
Yeah Samira is good, but kind of underwhelmed with her playstyle. They left her combo system has a cosmetic grade on the side of the card rather than implement it's mechanics into her playstyle. Imagine her being reputation based, and she hires the other mercenaries and they give stuff to her for her to build up a combo and when she reaches ult on attack she levels up.
How the fuck is Adroit under average??? Literally, every plunder deck will fucking run it, who doesn't want more plunder? And plunder deck is always goes wide
