I prefer Hallandale beach Florida beautiful city good beaches and restaurants and growing businesses and communities, and good nightlife.
The last one seems like they didn't pay an architect to do the planning when they built it.

The first house was definitely my favorite, the other 2 not so much.

I'm asking because I'm looking into moving there.
I really didn't care for House #1. To many Flaws and too old school, not worth the $580,000, No way. House #2 is no better. House #3. Only thing that I did liked was the Kitchen, With plenty of Cabinets Spaces, But that's it. Take you 5 minutes just to get to the front Door. $463,000 plus no Garage, I'll Pass!
First one not worth the price. Secound was ok but you would have to replace the floors and no pool. Third one dont like the kitchen, no garage, fix the living room floor.
Plant City? Umm no. Also, the wood floor is where there was originally carpeting. They should have extended the tile from the start and no way to match the existing tile now. Nothing says tacky that mismatched flooring in the same area of a house. Builders do the carpet to say money.
I hate mismatched flooring!
Hi I live in CA, are those screened in areas mostly to keep out mosquitos?
There are several benefits....keeps out bugs, leaves from getting in the pool, makes it cooler inside the screened area, etc...

are there many ranches in Plant City? I am just wondering about the smell of agriculture country.
I don't notice a difference in smell when I'm out there.
I had relatives in Plant City. We went every summer. There was no smell. It is just a small town. Hope this helps.

Marin is one of the richest county in SF Bay area. Its west side is a vast farming & ranch area. it is quite smelly. We drove to the beach through this area quite often, woooffff
