My brother was born on my first birthday, we are 56 and 57 years old now. Although we aren’t twins they call us Irish Twins. We were raised similarly to yall surrounded by family. We have always been super close and after years of raising our own families we have somehow wound up sharing a home at this stage of life.

Ya'll are so stinkin sweet! I feel like ya'll are family. I have to thank you girls for praying for my daughter. A few months ago I asked ya'll to pray from my oldest daughter and ya'll did. Well, she was single and depressed and felt like God wasn't listening to her prayers. I actually found a goodbye letter she wrote...tore my mama heart up...but she is SO much better now. Just two to three months ago I asked for prayer and she has met the sweetest young man and they are engaged to be married next year. So, thank you, thank you, thank you! God bless ya'll!

My 10 yr old grandson was a really fussy baby the first 3 months. Cry all the time and vomit horribly after each feeding. After I put him on prebiotic drops, his gassy tummy calmed right down as the microbes balanced feeding issues stopped. My daughter took him to her chiropractor, believe me I freaked out watching her align his tiny lil body but after a few of the sessions, I noticed he was sleeping contently, not waking up every hour. It was amazing in 2 weeks watching him go from crying, screaming fussy, baby, all the time to a content sleeping thru the night and 2 naps a day, baby. We were told from birth that he had dairy allergies as to why he was so fussy but after giving him the prebiotic drops daily his lil tummy had no issues with any foods going the breast milk.

I hope Katy will read your comment and consider it. I’ve watched many videos where babies are having these problems and they take them to the chiropractor and voilà they are different kids afterwards. You can find the videos on RUclips. It’s amazing to watch. I also think your idea about the pre-biotics is a good one. I would definitely try it too. ❤

@kar702 For me, at my age as a grandmother, I never realized not all babies come out not properly aligned and are in some pain at times because of it. I couldn't tell to look at our lil baby at the time but I swear it was a complete game changer after a few sessions. If you put him in a car seat from the second he's in till you take him out he screamed bloody murder, one would think he was being horribly tortured to death. That all stopped after seeing the chiro a few times.

My twin girls are polar opposites. One has a doctorate in molecular biology and is a college professor. My other daughter is very artistic and her interests are so different. They are equally intelligent. One learned the piano by ear, sings and writes music. My other daughter is tone deaf but reads music and applies that to the keyboard. However, they are connected in a very special way. I loved raising twins, as well as their older brother. Take care!❤️🙏🇨🇦

Ira sounds a lot like my daughter. She’s 10 months old now and has never really napped during the day. She would be up for hours and hours even as new born but never got overtired. Thankfully she sleeps very well at night. I’m a solo mum so it’s tough but my mum and dad sold up and moved 250 miles to live right by me. They’ve been amazing and I love having them close by so much. My daughter adores them and they dote on her. I’m very lucky.

We have twin sons…the Lord’s special gift to us following 2 pregnancy losses. Twinship really is a close, unique bond, but even so, each one is still very much an individual. Our guys share some interests and traits, but not all. They have a lot of the same friends, but also some different ones. Anyway, one thing their dad and I cherish is that they’ve both shared with us over the years [separately] that, “even if we’d just been two random kids in the same grade at school (rather than twins), we still would’ve picked each other as friends.” And it’s true. All grown up now, they’re still super close.

Katie, when you say you are giving your child, such a gift by living with your parents, you are so right.Me and my mom lived with my grandparents. my papa passed when I was five. No one can believe the memories I have of him. My grandmother was my very very best friend. I could go to her with anything. When I got married, my grandmother then moved in our home with me and my husband. four years later I had my first child, two years after that my second child. She did not pass away until my oldest child was 16 years old. My children are now 37 and 39. They have as many special memories with my grandmother as I did.. I love this. It really is so interesting to me to learn about identical twins sharing all of this together. Before the boys were born ai thought about the fact that because your girls are identical genetically, the boys literally are genetic brothers instead of actually cousins. It’s so cool that they arrived in the planet in the very same room and then ended up coming home to essentially the same place. What a beautiful set of blessings all around. This is all so awesome. I understand about babies. I was a daycare provider and every child is different and especially one of my grandkids didn't sleep much at all during the day. I told her Mama i sure was glad she was able to stay home with her because she would have woken up my daycare kids. 😂
She is very talkative and when she spent the night i use to act like i was asleep so she would stop talking and go to sleep but the joke was on me because i was wide awake.😂 She is now 16 and has the sweetest heart.
I've had laid back kids and they were so easy but in the end they are so precious.
    Keep up the good work.

My Mom had 8 kids in 11 yrs, 4 of us were 13 months apart, we were all close all of our live, we lived in the same little town here in Braggs OK. I can relate to how close you 2 are to each other , and when you girls held hands and showed how much you love each other and that you want to always be together, I choked up. This is why you girls are my friend and I’ll watch y’all till kingdom comes. Those boys will be close and love each other just like their Moms. God Bless the Pressley’s.

My younger sister & I are 18 months apart, & we've spent 3 & 4 hours at a time on the phone many times. I'm very happy for you that y'all live so close to each other. I wish I was going to live long enough to see your boys playing together & helping in the garden. You are a blessed family, & family who blesses your viewers. ♡

My sisters two boys are 10 months apart… so for 2 mos a year they are the same age in years. It was very similar to having twins for her and the family. Also , it was for the boys too. They slept in the same room until they were like 15yo because they wanted to be. They had the same taste in most everything growing up too. They both went into the military at the same time . They finally grew apart as grown men. One lives near family and the other one has lived all over the country. They are still brothers when it counts but live separately now.

I love the relationship you girls have. It’s not only beautiful it’s so special, unique. If the twin sister I’m sure I was supposed to have had survived, we would have had a similar closeness. It would have been a much richer and more meaningful life for us. Love you both as much as I love my family!❤

Here's another one for you. Corrie REALLY looked like Katie when she was pregnant and then looked like herself again right after Woody was born! The reason you see each other in the boys, rather than yourselves, is because you were used to seeing each other as children. You didn't really have a view of your own self. So it would make sense that you would be reminded of each other when looking at the boys. My little brother's youngest son looks an awful lot like him, and one day, when my nephew was about 2, I was playing on the floor with him. I looked over at him, and it gave me a massive flashback from when my brother was 2 and I was 4. It was like traveling back in time!

My two daughters are polar opposites...I always thought when I was pregnant with my first daughter...I worked in a factory that was loud and obnoxious...that fits my oldest daughters personality to a T...when I was pregnant with my youngest daughter...I was a full time college student...that environment was chill and relaxing...and that's how her personality is...but, I could be wrong.
