    Don't use trains in Sicily, especially the route Trapani-Palermo you will lose at least 6 hours of your life. For this route use the busses, it's a lot faster

      You can find good wines on offer at 5€
      sometimes in big supermarkets, or you can buy for cheap in wineries in the countryside! but yeah 1 € wine you can use it to unclog the sink don't buy it guys

    I lived in Piemonte for a year and trust me its the most underrated place in Italy. Visit it in September, its absolutely gorgeous during wine harvest and truffle season

    I've been to Italy dozens of times, my advice is skip the cities and see the fabulous small towns and villages, concentrate on regional cuisine, rent a car but be mindful of "zona traffico limitato" in towns and totally agree with the wine.

    The more you know before the trip the deeper the experience will be and the more you will take with you, like a class at university, when you prepare in advance so that taking notes gets easyser and that you already hopefully mostly revised the information once by attending class.

    Pisa. From pisa you can do a day trip to lucca, an amazing citadel city. Only 25 minutes on the train from pisa.
    Also for bikers, there is the piaggio/moto guzzi musesum near pisa.

    This isn’t good recommendations. Majority of people have only a week for vacation when they travel. It’s very unrealistic for majority of people working to spend a month in Italy. This should be broken down to a week.

    When i was there the trains were on strike.
    You missed out Sienna. Sitting in the main square feels like being in the fifteenth century. And much less crowded than Florence.

If 10 days is all you can swing, you can still have an amazing Italian vacation.
