Di Lung Move it Ya Fool! Yeah I know that , come to think of it daniel pinned himself, it was a amateur wrestling competition . It was over as soon as daniel was on his back for the count of one those were the rules . The keylock was null in void , he had to break it anyway , the match was over
Did he even make it anywhere. Puder should've taken that offer wwe gave him for less money , at least he would have gotten noticed on a much larger platform . and who knows later on he could have become a big star there . I wonder if the door is still open for him to come back

Angle knew it was a shoot, broke the ribs of guy before puder and gets locked in a submission hold in a shoot match.
Referee was low-key the star in the Angle/Puder match. Prevented a disaster.
All snow is an O.G. status player in the biz. Period.
He has a great mind for the business
Always like listening to Al Snow. Guy just cuts to the heart of it. The shit he says makes sense.
He hurt angles feelings and that was the issue
He's the most rational, logical guy!!
I don't always agree with Al Snow, but he is right on this one.
who was that segment supposed to put over? if angle embarasses them, then he made a bunch of amateurs look stupid, but if one of them makes him look bad, then one of your main eventers lose credibility......just like with the big show, they all no sold his bodyslam, if it were me in that situation i would sell his bodyslam, but they all wanted to look tough and stood up right away acting all tough so big show dropped the elbow on one of them
Puder should have taken that second contract. Not enough money is a big whoop imo. That second contract could've given him the experience he needed. Snow even said they saw potential in Puder. But all he cared about was the money. Not the life.
Looking back at the old Tough Enough, I think Kenny King, Eric Markovcy and Greg Whitmoyer should have been signed with WWE.
I forgot exactly what happened but the guys in season 2 screwed themselves which is why WWE went with Linda Myles and Jackie Gayda... I believe that was Kenny King’s season... and the fact that he’s never been in WWE says a lot
daniel puder - bart gunn
Al should of gotten a bigger part in management then he did.
We got one great thing out of Daniel Puder: Guerrero, Benoit & Holly beating the hell out of him in the 2005 Royal Rumble.
Should Daniel Puder have just let Kurt Angle beat him up?! If you attack a grown man, expect a grown man response.
Wrestling is staged storytelling like a normal TV show. They were shooting a scene in which an Olympic gold medalist schools some rookies. So yes. Puder should have let Kurt Angle beat him up. Just like in a kung fu movie the freakin' random ninja goons aren't supposed to try to legit shank the protagonist to make themselves look badass. It's like you're saying it would be okay for some random extra to just attack Jon Snow in a sword fight scene because "Oh Jon Snow attacked him he should expect to get attacked back."
@@cheezeofages kurt had just broken another contestants ribs. Non kayfabe. Those were shoots. As al pointed out using fancy words they were relying on kurt being an olympic gold medalist to beat these kids. Puder should have snapped his arm like a twig. He could have easily with that kimura.
When the young guys had to cut promos on Big Show, they were all talking smack. At the time, I was hoping one of them would ask Big Show to team with them. "Big Show, with your size and strength, team with my youth and hunger and the two of us could rule the WWE!"
Al Snow with a Bad Bones John Klinger T Shirt. Epic.
Kurt bashes the shit out of puder about it makin up excuses al was right they should of done something else.
Don’t think it matters if they’re young strong guys... it was under wrestling conditions, which doesn’t allow submissions. In an actual wrestling match guarantee Kurt would rag doll any of them...
that was such a weird moment
I like this guy... seems like a solid guy
yeah but don't forget Kurt angle wrestled Daniel pruder with a broke frikken neck....
And a shitload of steroids and painkillers in his blood.
😂😂😂
Kurt's ego would not admit he'd been beaten by a younger men with no wrestling experience, forgetting the fact that the young man had MMA experience. Oh, Kurt's neck wasn't broken at that time, but he was having neck issues.
@@conniecarroll7222 yea he was in terrible shape at the time too, he was all bloated n shit and was on all types of bad stuff. idk how he thought that was gonna go well lol, maybe if it was back when he was a young buck he wouldn't have been 2 seconds away from an arm snap
Roberto Acosta you mean like knowing when your signed to a contract to a company that decides what you can and can’t do? And if you even think about going against the grain your looking at more legal trouble then it’s worth but yeah yeah you get that
Puffer would have ripped his arm clean off had the ref not stepped in
...I thought that was ricky gervais in the thumbnail
Al Snow, looks GREAT!!!!!
Al has one of the best minds in the business
Chris Benoit and Eddie Guerrero weren’t too happy of how Daniel Puder did to their best friend in Kurt Angle, so at the Royal Rumble match, they decided to teach him a lesson for that, and beat him up senselessly, and even wanting Hardcore Holly to join in at one point!!
Holly did join in. Even hit the Alabama slammer on him ridiculously hard
@@bfg5291 man, it just goes to show you, do not mess with a wrestler who’s incredibly respected and well-loved, and even crossing with another wrestler who’s absolutely hates young rookies!!
Al Snow looks better now than he did back in the day, my goodness. Very nice lol
You think they’ve would’ve learn from Brawl for All not to make things like this real
if you go look daniel purder and kurt both say that he could have snapped his arm but didnt do to the fact he was taken to the mat.....your shoulders dont have to maintain contact like a "pro wresting" match for 3seconds just to get them on their backs....daniel purder does say thats why he lost
It was "kimura'... a common technique in brazilian jiujitsu and puder hit it pretty easily. Angle just doens't know what he's doing when it's not SCRIPTED. Kurt was on the mat with a SUPERIOR grappler. What did you expect?
Cringe
not cringe, fool. 🙄
I can see why Dan Severn always puts this guy over. Very intelligent and a class act.
If that was supposed to an amateur match then the kimura was an illegal move. I agree with Al snow that it was a horrible idea.
Al is a brilliant wrestler in terms of ability, either had fairly lame gimmicks, didn't look the part, whatever it was, but he was a really good wrestler.
Look at the era he was in though. Not only a ton of superstars, but a ton of spotlight hogging.
I can remember this you could tell soon as the mma guy got his arm kurt was tap or snap and the reff saved the day with the fastest 3 count ever seen
Knows what he's talking about.
al snow is a good man and honest about the business and is a benefit to wrestling
The fact is: puder lock angle's hand to broke it & refree pin to save angle. Puder is the real winner
Puder used a hold which is illegal in amateur wrestling, and that bit was supposed to be amateur wrestling. He would lose the match.
it was not a ufc match, Puder did'nt understand wwe
Looking back, Kurt got what he deserved. He challenged a shoot fighter to a shoot fight. What did Angle think was going to happen?
And he was injured on top of that. Not too smart indeed.
Kurt said on his podcast the Angle show #6 the he couldn't escape because of his neck injury, it made his arms weak.
Fuck that, he was overconfident and got caught, simple as that. Ain't no one escaping kimura thats already locked in, atleast not without breaking your arm.
@@shawnmichael321 Kurt also had a broken neck
I don't know if it was taken before this or at some point after it but I saw a recent pic of Al Snow and he was fucking jacked.
yeah that turned into a shoot , big time , kurt probably didnt know shit about MMA or how to avoid being keylocked or how to counter it, daniel could have snapped kurt's arm if he wanted to ,he really could , kurt wast very lucky he didnt.
Kurt is a former amateur wrestler, he could've handled himself.
Di Lung Move it Ya Fool!
Yeah I know that , come to think of it daniel pinned himself, it was a amateur wrestling competition . It was over as soon as daniel was on his back for the count of one those were the rules . The keylock was null in void , he had to break it anyway , the match was over
Di Lung Move it Ya Fool!
by the way nice pic of that asian guy from courage , that guy is a riot, ha ,ha, ha ,ha
great 100
We can't really blame anyone except for those who set it up. Daniel pinned himself, that's why he didn't make it in UFC.
Did he even make it anywhere. Puder should've taken that offer wwe gave him for less money , at least he would have gotten noticed on a much larger platform . and who knows later on he could have become a big star there . I wonder if the door is still open for him to come back
Omg old snow.. lol miss attitude era y'all. What does everybody waaaaant?
HEAD!!!
Technically, Angle didn't get owned in this. I've been reading some of the comments. This was supposed to be amateur wrestling. A "key" lock, is not legal in amateur wrestling. Before anyone asks, yes Kurt Angle is my one of my top 2 favorite wrestlers and I was a bit butt hurt about this! Also, I put "key" lock because I didn't want to look up Kamiura lock because I figured I would misspell it!
was about to say that the supposed "key lock" looked very much like a Kimura.
Troll King A choke isn't, but a front chancery is very legal.
Kurt shouldn’t have went ham and injured the dude he wrestled before Puder. Puder was defending himself and had every right. Angle wanted a shoot because he had a chip on his shoulder about being a tough guy. Well Puder obliged and may have broken his arm if the ref wasn’t there
Chris Link ref Said Kurt was only meant to wrestle one person
He got a big ego so he called out another after breaking the first dudes ribs and subbing him.
Problem was it was a mediocre to bad mma fighter, who caught and cranked his arm.
Karma really
unique name here Kimura🙄🙄
I used to like al snow as a wrestler he had some good matches with mankind
Nothing is tougher than an Olympic NCAA wrestler
Yeah I don’t think so he almost got his arm broken that night by Daniel Puder 😂😂
Yeah that’s why Brock Lesnar is one of the toughest mfers 😂😂😂
